Nice and cozy apartment. Very clean.

This is a wonderful location and spade. The host has three separate units in the same place so this is excellent for a group of people travelling together like us. We had rented 2 of the three spaces. There is a lovely outdoor living space where we would meeting in the evenings Our first night we did have an issue with the hot water but the host responded immediately and it was fixed promptly. Host gifted us beautiful desserts to make up for the inconvenience. The space itself is modern, functional and clean. It is very comfortable and the host has paid a lot of attention to detail such a as proving umbrellas, coffee, water and snacks to get you started. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking. Bonus is the nice cafe right at the entrance of the suite and you can easily grant coffee or an apertivo. The location is a 15 min walk to Ortega/ downtown Siracusa. I recommend this space and I hope to stay in it again in the future.

Antonio was very helpful and the apartment has great AC.

Margherita is a very friendly host. She is involved with your stay, very responsive and will help at any hour. She even gave us a fruit platter and some crossaints in the morning. The cottage is lovely and she lives next to it with her dog, cats and chickens. The dog was very friendly as well. Would recommend staying here to get some peacefull rest and good recommendations for food/towns to visit from the host.

Most comfortable beds we have had in the past 3 weeks travelling. Parking is hit and miss but managed to get o ne close after a few goes. Only one bed made up but Andrea was responsive and directed us to sheets to make it ourselves. Easy to walk down to ortigia without the extra hassle of parking there. All in all a beautifully renovated apartment.

chiara was very proactive with her communication, flexible with arrival and departure times, extremely responsive when we had questions, and went above and beyond with some minor problem-solving. the kitchen is very well-appointed with tons of snacks (including homemade tiramisu!) and cooking essentials, and the balcony has a breathtaking view of pantalica. note that you may have to share common areas with other guests if they book the other bedrooms in the unit. i would definitely recommend staying here when visiting sortino!

Apartment was a lovely, airy 4 bed so plenty of room for 5 of us. Is in a great location on Syracuse side but with street parking nearby & right by bridge into L’Ortiga, so restaurants and bars 10 mins walk away. We walked everywhere, or bus to Greek Theatre in syracuse. Great view of harbour, but as on 2nd floor, also gave privacy. Although, lift out of action (which was outside owners control) meant walking up 2 flights of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be if not so mobile. Great communication & very flexible check-in we’re appreciated too.

We had a lovely stay in Siracusa, the accommodation went very well and very well equipped. Everything you need is there. Ortigia is within walking distance and that's a very positive point. It is very easy to find places on the street of the apartment to park. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

We stayed at this house for a week with 4 people and had a really good time there. We were working most days which worked very well because of all the different areas to sit. The location is very quite and close to the rocky coast. We enjoyed the hikes along the sea. Except for this, there isn’t much to do in walking distance. We recommend a car for sure. The communication with the hosts was extraordinary. They gave us recommendations and the checkout was flexible which was convenient for us.

I highly recommend this apartment in the heart of Ortigia, a stone's throw from the market and the main tourist attractions of the island. Slightly further away is the ancient theater and the archaeological area, which can still be reached on foot. Nearby you can find popular but high-quality restaurants. The neighborhood is entirely pedestrian, being an ancient Arab medina. The apartment is modern and functional, very cool and airy, with a large terrace without vis-à-vis. Wi-Fi works perfectly, it is a very convenient base for exploring the city. The host is extremely responsive, reachable on WhatsApp and on the platform, for any urgent or non-urgent need.

We spent one week in this very nice house in the center of Noto. The house is in one word „ fantastic“, with its very nice kitchen and living room and the great terrace, all 2 min next to the cathedral. We can highly recommend this location for holidays.

Sebastiano was friendly and responded quickly to our questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing vacation.

Really nice place with lots of space and a super cute cut/shape with a pretty rooftop. It was also very clean and greatly furnished with all the things for cooking etc. We had a great time and would happily come back!

Federico's apartment is in a very quiet residential area, close to the sea and also great for getting around by car. Federico was a very responsive and helpful host for any request or concern... I recommend him!

My family, husband, grown up children and their partners had an unforgettable time at Lucia's apartment. Every thing was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The towels were soft and she had provided everything we needed; towels for the beach, mats to sunbathe on for the brilliant terrace, a coffee pod recycling gadget and shady umbrellas for the terrace. The very large TV had lots of streaming platforms and our musician enjoyed playing the piano and mandolin in this superbly elegant apartment. Lucia was very responsive and recommended a taxi driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport. This made life very easy for us.

Sara’s place in Ortigia was absolutely perfect. We had more than enough room for our group of seven adults. Everyone loved the location, the apartment and Ortigia as well. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed. The bathrooms were clean AND having a laundry machine was an added plus. I can’t say enough about how much we loved the place and it’s location. Last comment is the deck was great for early evening drinks and card games. Thank you for having us Sara. We highly recommend!!

We had eight really wonderful days in the apartment! We can only recommend staying there and would love to come again! It's just like you can see in the photos. The rooftop terrace is completely private, and it's really lovely and a great luxury. The apartment is well decorated and has everything you need. And a big luxury to have a view of the water from the bath. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible. You have to be able to walk stairs to stay in the apartment. The location was also nice. Ortigia, 5 - 7 minutes down there. We arrived by train and the apartment is two-three minutes from the station, which was just perfect. We ate ice cream every day at a small local ice cream place located 200 meters from the apartment; Viola Gelateria.

Our host came out to help us find the location that overlooks the amazing Ortigia market (omg those sandwiches!!!) and has a sea view. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Bustling by day, quiet at night, our family of 4, 2 kids ages 7&9, absolutely loved this 2 bed 2 bath condo. Parking in a lot nearby was easy. Host gave incredible recommendations, was instantly responsive and so kind - even recommending options for our kids. Felt like home, would stay again and highly recommend!

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Marco was friendly and an excellent host and very fast in responding for our questions. He had some excellent restaurant recommendations in Ortigia and Syracuse. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had everything you might need. Great location to walk into Ortigia too or explore great local restaurants. Highly recommend

Sabina was a pleasure to deal with! The residence is as described-very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is well-equipped with all that is needed and then some. The location is just outside of Ortigia. This is perfect as you can experience some of the local atmosphere yet you are only a 15 minute walk to Ortigia. Check in was seamless and Sabina addressed all of our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend to all who are considering a stay in Siracusa.
