ONLY THE VERY SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED, CLEAN and NOT NOISY. (indicate their presence when you book, their stay is free).

20 m² studio, fully renovated, adjoining our main residence. The entrance is independent. Garden access possible. Parking is available in our yard. There is an equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, Senseo coffee maker, kettle), TV, wifi, a bathroom with toilet, storage, baby bed. We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and some essentials. We are close to Tours center (6 km). You will appreciate it for its calm.

Perfect dependency for a comfortable stay in the area. Central location for visiting the various castles and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. Located in a quiet and secure environment, all shops and services of the village (baker, butcher, banks, supermarket, doctor, etc.) are 5 minutes away by car.

Grand studio indépendant tout confort avec salon et kitchenette aménagée et dans maison particulière d'artiste. Quartier agréable situé au nord de la Loire, proche transport en commun (tramway à 5mn à pied). TV grand écran et Wifi gratuit. Parking privatif dans cour fermée.
