Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

A peaceful retreat ideal for 2 adult guests on our small holding. Only 2 well behaved dogs are accepted, no other animals are allowed. Ideally situated to explore the beautiful Kent countryside by foot, cycle or car. 10 mins from Channel Tunnel, 20 mins from the Port of Dover and Canterbury. 10 mins from Folkestone West Station for the high speed train to London, which takes 55 mins, and 25 mins to Ashford and the Outlet Shopping Centre. The Stable is not suitable for babies or children.

The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Accommodation is over 3 floors with four good size bedrooms. There are three bathrooms - two with a shower and one with a bath and shower. The house is in the village of Sandgate which has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and convenience shops. Parking is available right outside, good bus connections to both Hythe and Folkestone.
