Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this 18th century cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with its own private garden. The Kent coast is easily accessible by car (Deal, Folkestone, Hythe & Dungeness) as is the historic town of Canterbury. The house is perfectly located for a short break from London (15-minute taxi from Ashford International) or a stopover when travelling to or from the Continent with the Eurotunnel and Dover Port within 30 minutes drive.

Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

It is all on one level has two bedrooms, sleeps four people and has a bathroom, Livingroom and use of the full kitchen in Sycamore House. Built in the 1630 The Old Granary Barn looks on to one of Kent's last working windmills. It's on the Minnis, where cattle and sheep graze. An idyllic and tranquil spot, 8 miles from the historic city of Canterbury. The Old Granary Barn is only 500m from a great pub and a very friendly, well stocked village shop which has everything you may need during your stay. The windmill is open every Sunday and bank holidays throughout the summer for guided tours and cream teas.
