Couldn’t recommend booking at Lisa’s place more. 10/10. Lisa was so friendly and hospitable. She went above and beyond for our family to ensure we were comfortable and well informed of all the resort amenities and entertainment/ dining around the surrounding area. Lisa was very prompt with n answering my questions and she was very accommodating. Everything about our stay was wonderful and we look forward to booking with Lisa again!

Loved the place! It was clean & cozy! Check-in was a breeze & Mindy was very responsive when I had questions before and after I booked. I would definitely recommend staying here & we will be back next time!

An absolutely outstanding location! The cottage is wonderfully secluded, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Inside, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I must note, the king-size bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable and you need to experience the master bathroom shower! The hot tub was perfect! Spotless and well taken care of. You can unwind in the hot tub while enjoying the sounds birds and nature. Amber exemplifies the perfect host! She was very responsive and courteous, checking in via the AirBNB chat to make sure we had everything we needed. Our entire stay was flawless! We were sad to leave and return home, but we can't wait to book again! Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay for an all-woman trip to go wedding dress shopping in nearby town and decided to make it a nice weekend get-a-way! We would definitely stay again if we were in the area and we agree the area itself is worth going to for a relaxing get-a-way. The house was absolutely perfect, stunning and perfect for our retreat! Each person LOVED the decor and slept peacefully on the beds - one lady felt she was 'sleeping on a cloud'. Magnolia Springs area was safe to walk around and riding the golf cart and looking at the beautiful architecture was especially nice! 5 Star Stay!

We just loved the condo , it was beautiful furnished and very well decorated, The bathroom was just beautiful Maureen was very quick to answer any questions that we had . She was also a very thoughtful host , it was so nice to find a bottle of wine and fresh flowers when we arrived We will definitely stay again

We had the best time! Everything was perfect. We literally didn’t need to bring anything except clothes and food. Everything we needed was there, phone and tablet chargers, beach and pool toys, beach chairs and umbrellas and everything you would need in the kitchen. Beds were so comfortable. We loved it

This place was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice, it was much nicer in person. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but definitely doable. We had an A/C problem one evening and the host Angela had the problem resolved within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend anyone to book this place if they are looking for a nice private place by the beach.

This is a beautiful house everything is amazing to look at my family spent hours looking at everything that was on the wall my kids had a amazing time to with all the coloring stuff and pages I just want to say thanks and I will be back ❤️

I may be repeating myself over and over, but we LOVE this place! It is our favorite, everything about it and the location is perfect. This was our 2nd stay for vacation and will hopefully be our vacation spot every year!!!

We had a great vacation in Gulf Shores and David’s cottage was awesome! Great location, super comfortable beds, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so close to walk to the beach. All the beach equipment and toys were such a great touch… our grandkids loved the pool too! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and afternoons as it got great shade and breezes! David was so nice, helpful and very responsive! You can’t go wrong by staying at The United We Sand!

Host was very friendly and reached out when requested in a timely manner. Home was super clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Ample parking and very safe neighborhood. Would most definitely stay again.

Beautiful home. Beds were ridiculously comfortable. Slept better than I have in a long time. Quiet neighborhood. There is a train track close by but that didn’t bother any of us. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area again.

This beautiful little place was just what we needed. We were visiting a relative in assisted living nearby, yet wanted a place to retreat to at the end of the day, close to restaurants and the beaches for our down time. Our host provided everything we needed and more: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and lots of extras such as nice bathroom toiletries, snacks, Keurig pods, sunglasses and suntan lotion, restaurant suggestions, beach chairs, a hose for rinsing off the sand..... We really had everything we needed and then some! We were within easy walking distance to a number of good restaurants, and easy road access to the rest of Pensacola. Quiet neighborhood for walks, no dogs barking, etc.

What a Beautiful place to stay at! Me and my family absolutely loved this cozy little home! It was stocked with all the things you needed for your stay . The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! It was nice and quiet and secluded from all the busy vacation traffic. But close to all restaurants and shopping stores and most importantly lol the Beach! Will most definitely be staying here again and I would highly recommend it to anyone ❤️

Quiet and very relaxing. Dolphins out frolicking everyday and sunsets were beautiful! House has everything you need. Bring insect repellents as they could be quite brutal at times at least while we were there. We will be back.

What a great place to stay. This bay front cottage was very clean, spacious yet cozy and inviting. Great colors and tasteful decor really locked in the salt life vibe. We enjoyed breath taking sunsets over the bay. Time on the deck was peaceful and serene. The fire pit out back was a great touch. We would return and highly recommend this place for your stay in the Fairhope area.

Cottage was cozy, clean, and very close to all the Pensacola attractions. It was quiet at night too so we weren’t disturbed while sleeping. Jean was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Caught lots of fish off the pier and enjoyed walking the shoreline in the backyard. Very peaceful place to stay to get out of the busy town areas. We will definitely come back again! Dick was a wonderful host and we got lucky finding this cabin.

Our stay at Martha’s place was beyond expectations! The house was just as described with all the amenities. We felt at home and enjoyed our time there immensely. Martha was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We definitely recommend and would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay! We were a family of 5 and had space to spread out, between the futon in the loft, the pull out sofa bed in the living room and the two bedrooms. Alan seemed friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the home! We liked that the mini splits let us adjust temps differently in different rooms, and we slept well while there. The loft stairs are a bit intense, but I think it actually helped my kids be more careful going up and down the stairs in that you had to play close attention when going up and down on them. We had a great time in Dauphin Island and the home was located in a convenient area.
