You won’t forget your time in this memorable place. New RV featuring a bunkhouse with a lower full size bed with 2 upper bunks. Master has a queen size bed. Kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also includes a single-cup keurig, a toaster, and dishes. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage and comes with washcloths/bath towels and hand towels. Outside includes an outdoor shower, griddle, and mini fridge. We are dog friendly. Unfortunately we can not host cats.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. It is a great place for individuals that can navigate our rural setting and varied terrain.
