Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay in the beautiful Floyds Knobs area. 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, full kitchen with brand new appliances, huge living room area, patio with views of the woods, and a campsite down by the stream fed from a fresh water spring. Parking for 3 cars in the driveway, **owners live in the main residence upstairs **, so finding help with any questions about the area or anything you need can be addressed very quickly. No access to/from main home upstairs.

Downtown Louisville is a 15-20 minute drive and other areas of Louisville are about 30 minutes away, making this apartment conveniently located. The unit has a King size bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen size bed in the secondary bedroom.

Industrial Gaming House firepit

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.
