We had a great stay with Mauricio and his family. The host was very kind, he recommended some activities and restaurants in the area. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen has all the basic utensils needed. I did some meetings by video calls and the internet worked really well. The outdoor area is very beautiful and excellent for relaxing. The puppy Venus is very friendly and was an excellent companion. Hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay with wonderful views of the lagoon⭐️ We thought it was even better than in the pictures, it felt super fresh in there! The hosts were super nice and responded quickly to messages🌺 The property is located in an area that felt safe which was also reinforced by the fact that it was an electronic gate to get into the property! excellent accommodation, great very kind hosts, we feel at ease as if we were among friends. the location is perfect very close to the beach (+or-50 meters). the property was very clean and organized. it has everything, bed and bath linen. in addition to the necessary utensils and electros and furniture. a small house that perfectly accommodates 1 couple with 2 children or even 4 adults, it is 2 double beds (comfortable). shower and very good refrigerator (in our opinion the main items for a good stay), 2 new air conditioners, and all items working perfectly as well. I recommend and would stay at this home again.

Everything was perfect in Janice's space, a very special place, full of nature on the sea side. We'll definitely be back. Janice was very communicative and always attentive to our needs. A place undoubtedly made to relax and connect with the sea and nature, congratulations Janice on your little corner!

We spent a simply unforgettable weekend. The experience exceeded all our expectations! The place is surrounded by nature on all sides — we woke up to the sound of birds, saw monkeys up close (and they even came to eat from our hand!), walked to the pier to enjoy the lagoon, and at night we enjoyed a bonfire under the starry sky and with a whirlpool. The cabin is cozy, clean and very well-equipped, with every detail thoughtfully designed. It was a real break from the routine, in an environment of peace, silence and beauty. We thank the host couple immensely for the warm and attentive welcome. You made us feel at home from the very first moment. We sure want to come back soon!

Perfectly perfect! Excellent location, accommodation, I will definitely come back again. The only “problem” was that the gas ran out during one night and I couldn't use the hydro much, because the water wasn't heating up! It was only resolved the next day, and even then, that wasn't enough to give a lower rating! We loved everything.

The Chalet is as described in the photos. Comfortable and very charming. It has a retro vibe. The Host is super clear in his instructions, leaving no doubt. It's definitely a unique experience. There are 3 houses that share the same plot of land, but it doesn't have a negative influence if you don't mind. I recommend it for people looking for a unique experience, in a retro vibe and looking for a location away from the urban and noisy streets.

Alugue was a very responsive host. He quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had. The space was small but comfortable and cute. The cats on site were very friendly and adorable.

This is a hidden gem - this should be your first choice if you are intending on staying in Floripa! Stayed for two months and was tough to say goodbye after getting a routine and becoming somewhat of a local. The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond whenever an issue arose. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the proximity to the beach and quality of the villa! Thanks again for the incredible stay!

Simply great! My experience was excellent from start to finish. The host was extremely attentive, helpful and welcoming — always available to help with whatever was needed. The place is even better than the photos: clean, well maintained, comfortable and with great energy. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything I needed. We loved the stay! The space served both of us and our little dogs very well. It is very close to the beach and in the vicinity there are several options of restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, market, most of them within walking distance. Andressa was very attentive. It's a great option for those with pets. The photos are exactly what the space looks like. We will definitely be back!

Very nice place and the impeccable hut. Santo Antônio is beautiful but less bustling than other parts of the Island. I had no problem with uber, even though it was quite Residential. I recommend it, very cozy.

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It's close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The time we spent there was great.

dago was fantastic, he got in touch before, as he would release our check-in earlier, and still freed me from the traffic of Bombinhas, extremely proactive. even without informing the arrival time, he was at the door waiting for me, provided tips on places, in addition to having tips laminated in the suite. in addition to everything being beautiful, impeccable care with bed linens, air freshener, cleaning, kitchen amenities, and 3 beautiful and playful dogs, but they stay in a separate space In fact, it is ideal for weddings. The location is very good, it is a 15-minute drive from Joaquina beach, close to Campeche, Conceição lagoon 5 minutes away, and other nearby points that have bakeries and markets nearby. We loved our stay at Affonso's place! It was the perfect place for us to relax in the hammock amongst the lush garden on the property. You can tell so much love and creativity went into this house. We loved being able to get to the beach in just a few minutes walk from the house or ride the bikes around to the market or other parts of town. Affonso is also an extremely helpful and responsive host. He went above and beyond to help us with some travel documents we needed for Guatemala and made sure we got them in time. We cannot thank him enough for his help and for hosting us!
