Vacation rentals with lake access in Florianópolis

The stay with Tathiana was great, she was attentive and provided all the necessary information. The house has a good space and is great for staying with the family! It's close to everything, the beach, market and pharmacy. The time we spent there was great.

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is really beautiful, with a decoration that left us impressed, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for future occasions. We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. This was a great place, it was a very well-maintained house with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views. Very quiet and surrounded by birds, butterflies, and monkeys. The location was good - just steps from a public boat stop and about 20 minutes to walk to the main part of the area with many good restaurant choices. Great hiking or trail running options in either direction. Joe met us in person, was very welcoming and responsive, and was very flexible for check in and check out. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

We had a beautiful stay at Amadeu’s place. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive making adjustments to suite a family with young children. The house is perfect for family with little kids with a great play area and a mini playground in the shape of a pirate ship - my kids LOVE IT 🥰 the house is in a beautiful location by the lake, very peaceful. The only downside was the showers. Not very hot specially leading into winter and very, very low pressure but wouldn’t be an issue in summer time. Another downside is the neighbours dogs. They have 5-6 dogs that bark all day (and night!) long. We had to get a white noise machine for the kids. Wish the neighbour was a bit more friendly and respectful of their neighbours and manage their pets better. All in all a great stay a Ned we’d book again. Ishbel's place is a wonderful natural sanctuary in Floripa. The gardens, pool, and amazing views all made our stay memorable. Ishbel was a great host who communicated everything well, and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Hi Soraia. Great stay. We had a very good holiday at this location. The apartment is an ideal size for a couple and a child. But the real strong point is the condominium's outdoor space, with a very large green area and very good infrastructure. I leave only one suggestion regarding the check-out time because 10 a.m. is too early for those who are enjoying a rest. It could be extended to 12 p.m. at least, or there could be some flexibility, even because I think it's unlikely that another guest would occupy the property right after the holiday ends. This point is a suggestion. In addition, everything perfect.

It was AWESOME!!! By far the best place I've ever stayed to rest and work from home too hahaha the place is amazing, the space is completely beautiful and surprising, I saw little monkeys, toucans and enjoyed every little bit. Patricia is super nice, she helped us with everything, I'll definitely be back soon ❤️

Our stay was great. It met our needs and expectations. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Very easy access to the lagoon. Lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities available. Very cozy room and great TV. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Plenty of hammocks, tables and chairs. We just need more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it!

You know that feeling of entering a place and feeling already at home? It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is. The path to the beach is easy and the beach is beautiful, a great place to make beautiful trails as well. In short : super recommend and next I would stay there again ;)

Very nice place quite out of the ordinary, cut off from the city with superb views of the lagoa. Zero French on the horizon. Really exotic! Lovely and thoughtful host. Better for two for more comfort in the accommodation

The Chácara is wonderful. Much contact with nature, spacious and cozy house. Great place for kids, my kids loved it! Hosts always very attentive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it! Those who will always want to come back! 😍
