Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Florianópolis

It was a really nice length of stay The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, it was clean (impeccable) and had all the items in perfect condition of cleanliness and conservation. Everything worked very well. I recommend and intend to return soon.

Refuge is an impeccable space for those who like to relate to the environment and want to enjoy a quiet place with an amazing view. It was my second time on Costa da Lagoa, a still preserved place where it is possible to approach nature and elemental beings. Boat transport is efficient and sustainable, which transforms the entire experience. I will return when possible ✨

1 DETAIL ONLY. Great place, excellent landscape, quality is beyond words. The only important point: use the store in front of the climb as a reference point for UBER and IFOOD. Because if you let the apps themselves pull your location, they will send both UBER and IFOOD far away from the location. So to avoid frustration, use the location of the store in front of the climb.

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jetted tub. Near the pool another house with 2 double beds, bathroom and kitchen (to go to a bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom). Negative notes: When we asked the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read about Uber refusing to climb), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 Ubers (Comfort) in 5 days refused to get in and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) barely climbed... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and it's like having it next to the bed. Cute but mischievous monkeys!!

The house is beautiful, all clean and organized. A great variety of dishes, all very well cared for and in good condition. We loved the space, we went with a 2-year-old and he left enchanted. Good communication with the person in charge.

Everything about the place was great. It had great color and character, unlike many of the other places in Floripa. The location was close to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. There was a nice indoor / outdoor feel to it and good privacy. A refuge. Not for folks allergic to cats. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views no matter the weather. House is in great condition and is comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the shower that they remedied promptly, this was very much appreciated. The only thing that could've been better about this fantastic location is walkability, my mom was with us and she wasn't able to walk up the steep hill that takes you from the beach up to the house. This isn't something that can realistically be changed but it's something other guests should know if they have anyone with similar limitations.

A perfect location. Very quiet, with beautiful views and organized space. Very well-equipped place. A perfect place to rest and celebrate. We were made to feel very welcome and the service from Maria Marte and Adelaide was amazing. Super recommend and hope to return.

The apartment is sensational, very well located and equipped. Exactly the same as the photos, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved it and will definitely be back. Felipe is very kind, helpful and attentive.

We love your stay! The location is the best, next to Jurerê Open. We were able to enjoy the pools, game room, gym and beachside service. It has room service and it's really worth paying for the resort's parking! Very good, We'll be back!

The apt is very spacious and comfortable; perfectly equipped, clean, neat, close to the beach, in a quiet spa that surprised us pleasantly. Carlos and Lisiane were very friendly and helpful, they always responded to us immediately and clearly. We went with our 2 daughters and felt right at home. We'd love to come back!

Since the house is very large, some parts lacked a better cleaning. When contacting host Lisiane, she was always willing to resolve this detail and immediately sent a diarist who made everything very clean. In the course of the lodging has given us several wonderful tips from restaurants and places to visit. The family loved to stay at this property, because at the same time it is large, it is also cozy, with a great pool to enjoy the sunny days.

Great location, great service from the owner! Spacious and proper environment for welcoming many people! The stay was excellent! Fomo in a group of 13 people and everything went well. The only downside is that the house is a little far from the beach, but it was possible to walk (25 minutes of walking) or electric scooter.

We had a great stay at the house, perfect communication with the hosts and the house is very good! All rooms are good, the superiors with an amazing view of the sea. The house has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach.. practically foot in the sand. I recommend staying at the house!

We enjoyed our stay at villa daniela, any problems we had dio was very helpful and made sure all was okay. The villa is beautiful with a minute walk to the beach the location is incredible.

You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.
