Cozy studio in a great location!

Charming apartment, entirely new! Very luminous place, with a confortable bathroom with a window, a great bed, a balcony, and a complete kitchen. TV, Wi Fi, and everything you need. The building has a common area with a big a wonderful grill. A really nice zone close to anything you can need: markets, restaurants, grocerys, books, outlets...everything at least a few blocks away...subway, buses, taxis. "Angel Gallardo" station from the B line is just 3 blocks away from the apartment.

Beautiful studio apartment in Floresta with a division where there is a double bed, it has a built-in closet, balcony and has all the amenities. In the dining room, you will find an armchair that converts into a bed ideal for a third person, an equipped kitchen and bathroom. Super bright!! Its location is unbeatable, one block from Av. Rivadavia where all public transportation lines pass, 7 blocks from the subway and 2 from Av Alberdi. Very nice and modern building.

Excellent Loft/studio in Palermo Soho. With a nice Patio & Barbecue and Work Space! Two bathrooms (one upstairs and the other one, downstairs), kitchen. The bedroom is upstairs. The room is very big with a King size bed. The neighborhood is very quiet, two blocks from all restaurants, design shops, and coffee shops of Palermo Soho, you can go walking without problems. We stayed in spite of problems with the gas resulting in no hot water. Lucia offered a refund or a steep discount. We opted for the discount and we have no regrets. The terrace and views are more than worth the slight inconvenience since we could still heat up water with the kettle and microwave. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Very nice Airbnb. Definitely worth the price. It is super clean and modern. There is a balcony and tow bathrooms. The kitchen is great. You are perfectly able to prepare meals. Another great thing about the accommodation is the rooftop. You can enjoy the sunset and in the summer you can even the swimming pool.

Excellent experience! Nelson is an exceptional host, always attentive to making our stay comfortable. He was very willing to coordinate the check-in time and was very punctual. The apartment is charming, we spent 12 days and felt right at home. It is cozy, functional and in a prime location. Excellent host, always available, with appropriate directions and good suggestions. He allowed us to check out later. Entry to the property is very easy and the apartment was spotless, as shown in the photos. It even had a station with coffee, tea and water available for when you arrive tired. I'd definitely come back.
