Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bavarian Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes. Our apartments are individually and modernly equipped in an alpine style and, in addition to a wonderful view, have every comfort.

Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.

The apartment in the apartment building next to our warm host family impresses with its central location between the valleys of the Tyrolean Oberland and the proximity to the train station for a comfortable arrival and excursions to the region. Whether you're passing through or staying longer, here you'll find a cozy home to feel good. Within 30 km you can easily reach 10 ski resorts and hiking paradises!

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
