From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Wandel en fietspaden gelijk vanaf het terrein over de dijk de polder in of om het meer heen. Ook zijn er diverse activiteiten te doen in de omgeving als Walibi, dolfinarium, blote voetenpad, Hans en Grietje, Hanse steden Elburg, Harderwijk en Kampen, Bataviastad en nieuw land Lelystad , Aviodrome, enz.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

The apartment is on the first floor and is very sunny because of the many windows. The canal house is right next to the city center. Restaurants, shops, theater, cinema, bars are all within 5 minutes of walking distance. At the front is a small balcony with morning sun and the back has a southwest facing terrace of 18 m2. The apartment is completely renovated in August 2018. The price includes costs for bedding, towels and cleaning.

This unique cottage is located on Europarcs Bad Hoophuizen where both the tranquility of nature and sporting water activities come together. On one side is the Veluwemeer with private beach, on the other is the vast Veluwe landscape with heathlands and lush forests where you can cycle and walk infinitely.

Our house is a nice little cozy home and is right in the middle of the historic part of town near the beach and sea which means everything is in walking distance, shops , restaurants, pubs, a bakery and the Port. A visit to the lighthouse, the museum, the monuments and the IJsselmeer fish market are highly recommended.. Our house can accommodate two people, couples, solo adventurers, cyclists or business travelers.
