Less than 15 minutes (by car) is the lagoons and all activities, diving, paragliding, golf, museum. For hiking, this is a good place to start in the direction of Maïdo, Mafate, the basins of the Saint Gilles ravine... The Tamarind Highway is a 5-minute drive to Cilaos, Salazia or the volcano.
