Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Fletcher

Mark’s place is immaculate and very cozy. The woodwork is beautiful and there are many interesting and charming touches throughout. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. I noticed comments about the outside stairs in other reviews. We had no problem navigating the stairs and they are actually easier than they look. Mark was very gracious and flexible with checking in and out and being accessible. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home and would love to come back! It was spacious and had everything we needed for six adults and one baby. The scenery was stunning, and Maggie was very helpful and responsive. Amazing shower in the downstairs bathroom too!

Homey open concept home where you van listen to the river while you take a dip in the cedar hot tub. I also enjoyed the deep soaking tub, closeness to the Von Trappe Famiky Lodge, and the milk brother for my morning coffee.

Nice to be back for 3 years in a row with a group of friends - the house is perfect for us. It will likely continue to be an annual tradition.

The house was just perfect & as shown. Fantastic location from Smuggs for a great ski wkend. Fit 6 people very comfortably. Will def stay again. Thx for some fun memories & the deck view was amazing!

Wow, this place was a stunning find for us. Quite simply a peaceful wooded oasis with a breathtaking view of Lake Champlain. The house is clean, spacious, and accommodating. The little things like toys for our son, the pool table, and Adirondack chairs made us feel right at home. We enjoyed taking the Plattsburgh Ferry to Vermont, playing badminton in the yard, watching the sunrise on the porch, and cooking in the spacious kitchen. Marco was an incredible host and we will definitely stay again at this lovely house.

Our stay at Kari’s place was wonderful! From her responsiveness and flexibility, to her stunning place we felt right at home and enjoyed every minute of it. Sitting in the hot tub at the end of the night with a sky full of stars was the cherry on top. We recommend to anyone that if you’re considering this place, book it before someone else does! Staying at Gail's place was a treat. I came durring the off-season which was quiet and peaceful. Most of the resort area is closed outside winter and summer but there is a small market open during the day for convieniences. It's also a short drive away from many small towns. Standouts were Stowe and Waterbury which were wonderful to visit. There are so many trails to checkout in the area. Hiking up the mountain just outside the apartment is great and has an amazing view at sunset. Camels hump and various trails in the notch were awesome. It was even close enough where I took a day trip into the White Mountains. I stayed for 27 days. Durring the week I work remotely. The internet was enough for large conference calls with video during the day and I had no issues. In the evening there is a noticible slowdown. The Wifi is shared throughout the resort. The kitchen was easy to work with. And when you open the balcony door there is a small stream that offers fantastic white noise.

My husband and I only stayed 2 nights at Carson's apartment, but it was exactly as described, very clean and looked like the pictures posted. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could need in the cute little kitchen. The bed was comfortable and there were even extra chargers in the bedroom. The mini split heat in the apartment was nice, as it was raining and cold our first night. The location is ideal - quiet neighborhood but short drive to downtown.

Bottom line: I would stay here again. The place is cozy and tidy. Carmin made obvious efforts to make the place welcoming. It’s a good location that’s removed from the congestion of the village center, but you can get there by car in 5 minutes. You can walk out the door and go for a hike. Water pressure in the shower is good. Carmin provides lots of local recommendations. Netflix readily available. Coffee and welcome snacks given. Heater heats up place quickly. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as you can hear any car pass at night. The place is older, and as such has houseflies. They’re being managed, but it’s a little surprising at first. The place is clean. I didn’t find vent fans for the kitchen or bathroom, but there are windows close. The bed is fairly comfortable, on the softer side, but the pillows are noisy. The cookware is a little beat up (missing handles), but functional. We did not use the washer or dryer. Overall good stay.

the place was even nicer than expected. very spacious and clean. great little fenced in area for the dogs to run around. 15min drive to Jay, and less than 5 min from a good restaurant, gas, and a grocery store. really appreciated the kids toys for our little one too!

This is exactly as it should always be! Roger was simply proactive and gave us all the necessary instructions and information. Really a place we look forward to go back to.

Definitely stay here! ALL the reviews are spot on. Close to everything so you can walk or easy Uber ride. Off street parking is huge! The bed is super comfortable. It's bigger and cheaper than a hotel in the area. The bike trail is close. Waterfront Park is close. It is so convenient yet quiet. The neighbors are met were super friendly. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Coffee, eggs treats, pasta etc etc !! A huge snack basket. Bathroom supplies!! We wished we were able to stay another night. It's as nice and nicer than the pics. Really plenty of room for two people for a night/weekend/week stay! If you need more space, Abbott has others in the same area. Not a question , stay at one of his places! I can't say enough. I know the area and have family there, but Abbott is great with suggestions or questions. Oh.. he has multiple phone chargers there. We forgot ours. I am not doing it justice! Stay and find out for yourself like we did! A+++

My husband and I stayed in National at 1854 House and we loved it! It was exactly as described, and Sarah was a terrific host. Everything was very clean, she was quick to respond, left detailed instructions about all the unit had to offer, and even gave us some local recommendations. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, and the swing in the living room was a wonderful extra touch. The location was perfect for exploring all of northern Vermont. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip. We would absolutely stay in National again. Definitely recommend!

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to the city and grocery store. We'll be back.

It was an exceptional stay at Audré's, in contact with nature and close to a beautiful body of water - the cleanliness was immaculate, and beautiful little touches very appreciated (milk, muffins, bread, coffee, etc.) simplified our lives. I highly recommend it! We will definitely go back! Thank you Audré :)

This is our third stay. We are very comfortable there. Small cozy accommodation, good location with well-equipped kitchen. Suitable for couple.

A beautiful condo, exactly as you see in the pictures. The loft layout makes it possible to work/hangout while someone is sleeping upstairs. The location is perfect. Steps away from the ski school and everything else. Cara is very responsive and friendly. The building is also very clean with a common area at the basement, ski lockers and laundry. Cant wait to come again next year!
