Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The studio is an expansion of our house, it is separated by a dining room that we do not use when the studio is rented, with a locked door. At the gates of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, located in a cul-de-sac with 3 houses, the road continues for 300 m. 25 min from Limoges and the highway, tobacco bar, grocery store and bakery, pizza distributor and children's playground 4 min, all shops 10 min (Aixe-sur-Vienne or Chalus).

This accommodation offers easy access to the city's must-see sites: 300 m from the train station (4 min walk) and 1 km from Galeries Lafayette (12 min walk), this apartment is ideal for a business or tourist stay. Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).
