Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Flagler County

We had a great 4 day stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, spacious and accommodating, and felt just like home. The house is only a few miles from restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We didn’t get a chance to visit the beach but having the heated pool was just as good. Other than that we’d suggest labeling the light switches as they were a bit confusing to figure out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the house, the pool, and the location.

Considering Joanna had 70 reviews with all 5 stars, naturally, we went in with higher expectations. That said, we were not disappointed. The property is well taken care of inside and out. The amenities were abundant, pool was incredible, location provides privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Joanna was always very quick to answer any question. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Didn’t spend much time in the Airbnb but upon arrival everything was as expected the house was clean pool was nice had enough space close to interstate which was good everything was perfect if I had to complain maybe more towels recommended and will come back

Lena is a great host who has a lovely place to stay. At home is very accommodating and I would recommend to others if ever in town and looking for nice lodging.

This house was amazing! From snacks and water for when we first arrived to the amazingly comfy beds to the super Pool we loved all of it! Owners were so kind and even let us know about some unexpected construction next door to see if we wanted to cancel. So glad we didn’t because this place was awesome!! Location was nice to be able to go to multiple different areas and was very quiet! Garage space had games and we used board games they provided to play games by the pool!

I could not have asked for a better stay! The house was clean and absolutely adorable. We were greeted by a very sweet welcome basket, which was very appreciated. It had a great coastal feel and the game room was such a fun amenity. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, which is always appreciated. Check-in and check-out were simple and seamless and Terra and Brian were so helpful and so communicative. Can't recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay again!

We stayed at this house during a lacrosse tournament with two teen girls. The house was clean and fun!! The girls were barely on their phone, they played ping pong, we made s’mores, and they even loved the idea of the cowboy pool (something new). I loved that the place is close to Publix, Target, and more. Everything was great!!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking easy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the pool it was the perfect way to cool off in the Florida heat! Ben was a super responsive host and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Christophers’s place was perfect for our visit to Flagler Beach. The pool and beach were right outside the patio door where we watched the sun come up every morning. There are many great restaurants a short distance up A1A where some great seafood can be had. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

Home was easy to find and clean. Close to palm coast and stores. Pool was great to relax in. With any questions we had Pauline was quick to respond and answer. Great price!

We had a wonderful stay. So peaceful listening to the waves and watching the sunrises each morning. Close enough to town yet offers plenty of privacy.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Andres was the best host we’ve ever had, and was so kind and responsive! Great location, you can easily walk right across to the beach access. Clean room, and super cute. We esp loved the patio area for our little pupper. Can’t wait to come back!

This place was such a gem! Walking distance to the beach and very quiet neighborhood. Had a minor maintenance issue right after checking in, but Ela was very responsive and the issue was fixed immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, literally right across the street. The studio was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. Jordan allowed us an early check-in, and we happened to arrive a little before the code had been updated, but he responded immediately and got us all set up without any hassle. He was always so responsive and even provides beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use. He also shared great local recommendations, Tony’s wine spot was a favorite! We loved how walkable everything was and really enjoyed exploring the area. This place is a rare little gem, and we’ll definitely be back this summer!

The B&B is in a beautiful setting! Greg and Denis were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend this place.

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

This is a hidden treasure in Flagler Beach. I’ve lived in this area for 20 years, and this place is a gem! Waking up to the ocean sunrise is unforgettable. The house is pristine, and so comfortable. We loved relaxing on the big couch to watch a movie, and reading on the deck. The wine was just what this teacher/momma needed after a busy school year! Our beach day was such a breeze because the walk over is literally just across the street! It is on a peaceful part of the beach. The Tommy Bahama chairs were so light to carry on your back and so comfortable! They had everything you might need- we literally only packed toothbrushes, swimsuits and clothes! We had perfect summer Florida weather, and even used the fire pit on our last night. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Next Door Bistro and went bought ice cream twice at The Waffle Cone (Captain butterscotch is not to be missed). The beds are cozy & comfortable. The bedding was top-tier (and I am picky about sheets!) A+

It was a short and very pleasant stay! The place was extremely clean and comfortable! The host was super friendly and responsive! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to others.

Timothy’s place was an absolute gem! It was just as pictured. He had everything we needed for a great stay. He even had a nice little cooler for the beach along with chairs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our 2nd time staying at Kelly’s place. We had another great stay. The location can’t be beat, it’s a clean and quiet space with all the amenities of home and plenty of parking. Walkable to many restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend!
