Monica’s home was amazing. It was spacious, beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. She thought of every little detail. You basically don’t need to bring anything because she provides it all from pool and beach necessities to toiletries to kitchen essentials! She even provides kitchen gadgets and accessories that I don’t even have in my home! She was responsive and checked on us frequently. This was the perfect girls trip with my 3 aunts and cousins. We were so impressed we tried to book it again for October but she was already booked! I’ve stayed in many places all over the world and this was one of the nicest and most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I can’t wait to come back to St Augustine again! Thanks Monica!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

The house was perfect for our getaway. From the beginning, James was in touch with us to let us to know that the house was ready early. Once we got there, the house was spotless. The backyard and pool are a huge plus and this was our first time not staying right on the beach. At this house we weren’t the least bit disappointed. We still had a beautiful view from the living room and the beach access was literally steps away. Everything from the great host, to the clean and comfortable home that has everything you might need for your vacation this house easily earns 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

We had the best time at Karolina’s place. Our family was comfortable and happy for the entire stay! Karolina’s place is so thoughtfully pieced together - it truly felt like we were right at home.

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Location was great to enjoy the beautiful beach with facilities a short drive away. The 2 restaurants that we ate at were both outstanding and walking distance away. We loved how this very special tropical bungalow was set up and all the beautiful exotic décor. It was everything that we needed to escape for 2 wonderful days to chill out. We highly recommend this perfect relaxing retreat. We really appreciated the easy check in and the level of cleanliness. Rob and Jordana did a great job of making sure that we were all set throughout our stay and even took the time to meet with us before we left. Thank you both so much. We plan to return after having a wonderful experience there.

Very well-kept and clean. No clutter. Everything you need is here. It is also perfectly located for a nice time in Palm Coast/Flagler. Unintrusive, yet very responsive, hosts! Comfortable beds as well. Fenced-in back garden affords lots of privacy for grilling, or enjoying the weather.

My family had a wonderful stay for our first time in the area. Most of our time at home was spent watching wildlife from the large porches in the mornings and evenings. We flew in with only carry-ons so the beach chairs, beach bag, towels, water toys were a huge bonus. The house truly has everything you need and a gorgeous view. We had two teenage boys who were in awe of the inlet area watching high/low tide changes and checking out the river wildlife with kayaks - it's a very special place.

Firstly, I would have to say cleanliness is the most important part of selecting accommodation. This Airbnb is absolutely spotless !! It has lots of natural light and comfortable stylish furnishings. Just hop Skip and a jump to the beach. There are great shops directly across the street if you need anything such as groceries. Especially enjoyed the hot water outdoor shower. Very handy to eliminate bringing sand in the house, especially if you have children. I found there to be zero road noise :) The house is very secure & smells fresh. A nice touch to the Airbnb was water in the fridge and coffee with a well prepared kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend this cutie. Five stars all the way.

A cozy and super clean home. Communication was great and check in was effortless. Everything that you could need for a short stay was available at the home. My family and I would definitely stay at Jennifer and Oscar's home again.

Amazing stay! Incredibly clean. Backyard goes to the water with a dock to hangout. Patio area with a hot tub. Game room was fun for the kiddos! Had everything you could need. If you’re into coffee, you have pretty much every method of brewing available! Dining area in the sun room was a nice touch

Hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to messages. The home was clean even on short notice. The area is peaceful and definitely a change from the hustle ans bustle of tourist beaches. The view was spectacular and made it so you could enjoy just as much from your porch as you could from being on the beach itself. The parking was accomodating even for a truck and it was very easy to find. Would definitely stay again!

Lena is a great host who has a lovely place to stay. At home is very accommodating and I would recommend to others if ever in town and looking for nice lodging.

This place was more than i expected, the inside was well decorated with surprisingly lots of space, would highly recommend this stay , very peaceful, nice and clean with good location, everything was 15-20 mins away

Excellent location, amenities, and host!

we pull a boat down from north georgia for a weekend on the lake and exploring the local springs and this house was in a perfect location to do so. there was a boat ramp a few hundred feet away, the driveway had plenty of room for us to get the vehicle and boat in the driveway with power and water in the driveway as well for spraying off the boat and charging batteries. we enjoyed feeding the all squirrels and raccoons that liked to visit the porch. we were able to catch some catfish off the dock and spot a couple gators. house was clean and tidy and had eveything we needed. we’re already discussing on when we can make a second trip.

I highly recommend her place; it is so beautifully nice and cozy, and it feels like being at home.
