Condo vacation rentals in Fisher Island

My wife and I came down to another Airbnb in the same building last year for our honeymoon and while it was nice, Suzy’s place was absolutely perfect. The condo was super clean and had more amenities than we realized, so we actually overpacked🤣 But everything inside was great. A/C worked really well too, great for coming out of the Florida heat. Perfect for us and had plenty of space. It’s only about a 5 minute walk from the beach and right off of Ocean Drive so there is plenty to do in the area. We had a conflict with parking rise up during our stay, and it was late at night (someone parked in the private parking that wasn’t supposed to) but even though it was late at night, Suzy was extremely responsive and met us outside to resolve the issue. Seriously couldn’t have been more happy with our stay!

We booked a split stay due to our travel plans in Key West, and Tony’s apartment on Euclid Avenue was a fantastic choice. It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the vibrant Ocean Drive and South Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and private. The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor, beautifully decorated, and exceeded our expectations. It’s very well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The outdoor area was a lovely bonus—perfect for enjoying evening drinks before heading out to explore Miami’s nightlife. Parking was easy with the Zone 1 permit Tony provided—definitely worth it, as we had no issues finding a spot nearby. Tony is a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. Thank you for making our Florida experience so memorable! We’d gladly stay here again.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Really happy with our stay here at Philipp’s place on south beach, just as described and listed. It’s a very short walk to ocean drive and the beachfront. We also had a rental car so being able to park it here in an enclosed car park was a big bonus. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we visit in the future!

We stayed with Anna for a bachelorette trip and she was extremely accommodating and helpful! We loved the airbnb and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay. The place was very clean and looked just like the pics. Location is in a great spot which is not too far from Miami beach and other amenities. This was my first visit to Florida and I couldn't be more happier with this airbnb I chose to stay at. Will be booking again in the near future. The hosts also responds very very quickly. Super friendly folk.

This was a wonderful stay. Was able to check in early by letting host know my arrival time. Getting to the place was easy. I do recommend if possible just being Uber or Taxied there, did have a car but didn’t need. But host was very attentive in helping me get a parking permit just let them know ahead of time so it can be set up before you arrive. The place is just right for a couple or small family. Pack and Play, stroller and beach amenities are available for guests. Makes it less stressful if your traveling light to not over pack. This place is very walkable and convenient to get to restaurants and stores without hassle. Will be a favorite stay in the future. Thanks

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

Steve was a great host and responded very quickly to messages. The rental was clean and exactly as described and had plenty of amenities as well. The area was great and views were amazing too. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

Peace! Debbie’s place was PERFECT for my vacation. It was clean yet vintage. The concierge staff were very kind and helpful. Location is in the heart of EVERYTHING!! I would definitely stay there again. Also, if you are a ice cream 🍦 person try Icy-N-Spicy located in the building ✨💫

Prime location in the heart of Miami Beach! Walkable to ocean drive and all the beaches and close to restaurants and shops. It has secure parking as well which was amazing as street parking is busy there. We loved our stay and had a great time, the flat was clean and tidy, the kitchen appliances were great but the kitchen supplies looked a bit tired. Apartment came with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella which was amazing for our trip to the beach!

Winn was a great host, the best one I’ve had so far. Super friendly and responsive. He let us check in early because our flight landed early. He also had someone on sight and was local in case we needed any assistance. His place was perfect for us girls to relax. Would highly recommend for 2 -3 people looking for an easy convenient place to sleep. Private pool was quiet and relaxing and steps away from the beach which chairs and umbrella were free daily with the unit. Everything is walking distance! Thanks again Winn, I’ll definitely be back.

Cindy’s place was exactly as pictured. It was clean and can’t beat the views. Cindy was very helpful in making recommendations and accommodating us. We will always try to stay at her condo when we go to Miami.

Ale’s place was an oasis in south beach, walkable to all the wonderful restaurants, beach, and bars. The rooftop set Ale’s place apart for all the rest, such a lovely space to relax!

Highly recommend Stephanie & George's airbnb! The location is phenomenal it's right on Ocean drive, across the street from the beach and in the middle of all the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping & things to do. We chose their space over a hotel for our 1 week stay as it was a bit more affordable, even more central, and had the added bonus of a kitchen so we could eat healthier for our time there. As hosts they are incredible! We had an issue with the stove while we were there and they were immediately responsive, and proactively chose to drop us off a one pot burner so that our personal cooking needs were still met without missing a beat. The apartment is just like the photos, AC cooled, comfortable and amazingly quiet indoors even though it's in the heart of the South Beach strip. Highly recommend for location, quality, comfort, walkability, savings and just a fantastic vacation/trip overall. Would stay again:)
