Es erwartet Sie ein wunderschönes, alleinstehendes Ferienhaus mit einer Terrasse, die eine atemberaubende Sicht auf den Tegernsee gewährt, einem privatem Steg zum See, einer großzügigen, vollausgestatteten Wohnküche mit einem elektrischen Gaskamin und Galerie, einem Badezimmer und einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett/ Schlafsofa. Im Wohnzimmer bietet eine Couch noch eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit für Kinder oder einer weitere Person.

Das Chalet ist ein behaglicher Platz für Paare und Familien und grenzt direkt an unserem alten Haus. Ausstattung: SW-Terrasse mit Gartenzugang, kleine Schlafkammer, großes Schlafzimmer, kleine Küche, holzverkleidetes Wohnzimmer vor Panoramafenster, mit separater runden Essecke ganz in Holz. Ruhige Wohnlage inmitten von Gärten. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Kochelsee, der Schiffsanlegestelle, dem Franz Marc Museum. In direkter Nähe gibt es ein breites Freizeit- und Kulturangebot.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Ma Bastide-dein kleines Reich im schönen Bayern

Ma Bastide liegt in Bad Endorf, das auch das Tor zum Chiemgau genannt wird. Bad Endorf selbst hat einiges zu bieten und verfügt über eine 1A Verkehrsanbindung Richtung München oder Salzburg. Nur wenige Minuten von Ma Bastide entfernt ist ein wunderbares Thermalbad, das zum Entspannen einlädt. Im "Gut Immling" kommen außerdem Kunst- und Kulturliebhaber voll auf ihre Kosten. Auch die Simseeklinik sowie der Kurpark sind direkt in der Nähe der Unterkunft.

This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.
