Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Gite Les Papillons caters for 6 people. The grounds offer a large heated pool w/shower, shaded deck lounge area, petanque pitch, tree house & games barn (table tennis, babyfoot, darts). All facilities shared with guests from 2nd gite. Short walk to village park set around a small lake (licensed fishing). Drive times: N21 North - Chalus: bakeries/large supermarket 5/7 mins. new studio of 20 m2 with an equipped kitchenette (basic coffee machine with washable filter) separate bathroom, all enlarged by a small veranda of 6 m2 and 40 m2 of furnished terrace (tables, chairs) and especially awnings on the entire facade overlooking a landscaped garden. Sleeps 2 adults. Sheets, towels, tea towels, cleaning products provided. the village has a train station (Limoges/Périgueux line) located a few minutes' walk from the cottage. I can pick you up by car.

In this cozy and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, it is wonderful to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in the summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already waiting for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTQI+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!

A bedroom with a 160 bed separable into 2 beds of 80. A second bedroom with a 140 bed. Completely renovated old barn with a wooded and enclosed lot of about 500m2. The land is surrounded by fields It includes a terrace, barbecue, deckchairs and a hot tub available from May to September.

Farmhouse - Périgord vert - Dordogne

A 105 m² single-storey cottage with no stairs, surrounded by nature and featuring a private pond. Fully independent, it can accommodate up to 8 people and includes a garden and a sunny terrace. The pool, located on our terrace and accessible to everyone, is round (Ø 3.70 m, height 76 cm), made of plastic, Intex brand (see photo). We welcome you in a warm and peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing with family, friends, or simply enjoying some quiet time alone.
