Enjoy your time off in the Ammersee area. A cozy loft with space for up to 3 adults or a family with two smaller children awaits you. The apartment is on the top floor of the old farmhouse with access through the ground floor to the wild garden to the terrace, a fireplace and adjacent mill stream with swimming area, as well as the neighboring horse farm. The charming landscape with its lakes and the Windachtal valley invite you to activities in nature. Café, shop in the village.

*Modern lakeside apartment* The basement apartment is very well and quiet but also centrally located in Utting a. Ammersee. Only about 5 minutes walk to the train station (BRB Garmisch-Geltendorf) and about 7 minutes to the lake. Pharmacy, doctors, many restaurants and shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
