The location is fantastic and Brian is incredibly helpful and responsive. My stay was absolutely wonderful.

This was a sweet place for my home base during a long weekend celebrating my son's graduation. Rebecca has carefully thought out all the details making this little house comfortable and inviting.

Our stay at John’s property was so awesome. John communicated great with us. It was a perfect getaway. We can not wait to return!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The cottage is super cozy and I love the decor. It’s easy to see a lot of care has gone into the place. The kitchenette on the second floor was really nice to use. Wylie was a really great and friendly host, and her cat Bleu was also a highlight of my stay. The location of the cottage is lovely, right by Stuart Park, Cayuga Lake, and a variety of trails. The walk to downtown Ithaca is only 35 minutes or so. I would definitely recommend this spot, and I’d stay here again if back in Ithaca.

Cindy was a wonderfully responsive and kind host. This was a great location for our group to lay our heads while in town for a wedding. This area is a bit tough for Ubers as there aren’t many in the around but we made it work. Guest house was beautiful and clean and Cindy was super accommodating. Place was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, especially to spend more time at the lake!

Mary Ana’s place was exactly what we were hoping for. Extremely clean, inviting, easy to access, had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a place to stay in/near Perry, I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

This is approximately the 5th time we have stayed at Hartford House. We are always impressed with the charm and history of the unit. Plenty of room for a couple or even three people. It’s very quiet and peaceful, allowing connection to nature. We awoke to the chorus of birds every morning and deer abound on the property at dusk. This is a must stay in the Geneseo area!

The location and setting is fabulous. The apartment is super quaint and cute with lots of charm. Hosts are wonderfully responsive

We had a wonderful stay, the place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable—just a beautifully appointed guest house overall. We also loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the lovely view of the lake. It was a perfect home base for our visit to the Finger Lakes area—convenient to many local sights and restaurant options. The hosts were responsive when needed but mostly unobtrusive. Everything was easy about the stay, from check-in to our departure. Highly recommend!

The Birdhouse was wonderful! So cozy and comfortable. Very clean and welcoming. It was in the best location and near everything. Karissa and Eric (property manager) were wonderful to work with and we're very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and were extremely accommodating. Thank you for a fantastic stay! we would definitely stay at the Birdhouse again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a great time. Location is central to 2 fingerlakes . Great hiking and wineries in the area. Lots of amenities for family fun. We hope to visit again.

Stayed here while spending a week visiting relatives in nearby towns. Perfect stay. Definitely would come back the next time I visit the area.

We really enjoyed the place. Was close to all the State Parks we wanted to visit. Great secluded location. We had a good laugh at the Opera toilet. Didnt bother us at all. Was nice and cool during the warm weather bit cold at first as it was cold outside but plenty of blankets around to keep cozy. Really enjoyed talking with them as well and the recommendations for hikes to do for our next trip. Would definitely stay there again. Only improvement would be to let guests know what the grid is to plug space heaters in during colder weather so they don't trip the fuses.

Annie's place was so lovely! The perfect little stay for a Finger Lakes adventure. We really enjoyed the views and the hot tub. The brewery located right below was also great. The kitchen and grill were good for making meals and were equipped with all we needed. The washer/dryer was a great extra touch for us because we were traveling with our infant. Annie's communication was great. Highly recommend!

This was the cleanest and most beautiful space I have ever stayed in!! Such a great experience!!! Right on the wine trail! So many amazing wineries. Not close to a lot of fine dinning but the space had everything for making great meals and had all sorts of personal touches. Jeffery was super responsive and attentive! Could not ask for a better host! Also gave us our privacy! The best air B&B I have ever stayed at!

Everything was Great , Easily Accommodated a Late Check In for me. Nothing bad here , It was nice for the overnight stay. Only thing I would say is, the unit has been updated from images in listing. (Good way)

Our stay was brief but we felt instantly at home. So comfy, with some very thoughtful touches. And Marian was so great about communicating and making us feel welcome. Great bargain, too, by the way.

The carriage house was a beautiful, homey, and peaceful place to stay! My wife felt safe alone there while I was out doing groomsmen things. The two A/C units really keep it cool despite the temperature and humidity outside. It was overall just an amazing place to stay at with very kind hosts and a every cute and good dog who respect your privacy. Also the air hockey table was a nice touch.

Biyang’s Air BnB was incredibly comfortable in a very calm setting. It had everything you would need with super considerate hosts. Plus I don’t remember the last time I slept so well! A wonderful place for a quiet getaway.

My family was beyond impressed! We were looking for a quick weekend escape where we can enjoy the fun amenities of an AirBnB, someplace that can entertain my 7 and 3 year old boys. We were chose to stay here because of the cute pictures and the Kids Coop. But pictures do not even begin to create the warm cozy comfort and enjoyment that this place provides in person. We could come back here time and again for the entertainment our boys had with “hiding” in the Coop, and playing all the board games and reading kids books and messing around with the arts and crafts and exploring their cute outdoors waterfall and pond. I normally like eating out when we are on vacation but i didn’t want to leave this place so I cooked and baked while I watched my boys play. This kitchen had everything you need. There were so many amenities and also little details to the decor. They have thought of everything and I could feel how much love they put into making you feel at home.

Perfect place no problem the host was great and the place was spotless definitely recommend and hope to be back someday

Place was nice In and out. The Host "Mike" was very responsive and communicated very well. The place made me feel right at home and I would definitely stay again. Came with a personal garage parking spot just like my Airbnbs' in Toronto. Im a car person so I was happy knowing my vehicle is safe. I would stay again and recommend to all if you enjoy off grid-open concept Airbnb vibe. Very clean and comes with everything you can need. Also this place is more spacious then you'd expect based on pictures.

The only thing I wish we had was more time to enjoy the views and area! Highly recommend booking with Jason if you’re looking for peace and tranquility!
