Spacious Downstairs Apartment

We offer a large bedroom with a daylight window & queen bed. In your own family room area there is one hide-a-bed, as well as one queen air mattress. There is a non-conforming bedroom with two twin beds which we place on the guest discretion to use. You will have your own full kitchen & bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Seward, NE, near Concordia Univ & only 25 minutes from downtown Lincoln - Memorial Stadium, etc. We have lots of space for you.

Our cute Boho House is a completely renovated 1910 bungalow. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen, sound bar, and wifi, dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms - one with king bed - and a bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. There is outdoor space for your enjoyment as well - relax on the front porch or grill steaks on the back deck. The house is located on a quiet tree-lined street just two blocks from the downtown square with shopping and dining.

This "cutie on the corner" will be the perfect place to relax and feel at home! The spacious rooms and natural sunlight from the skylight makes every day a great day! This completely remodeled home is decorated in the neutral tones. Mattresses are new to ensure a great night of sleep. Easy access with no steps in this home and there is off-street parking with adequate outside lighting. There is also a nice sized patio to enjoy evenings. Pet friendly if kenneled. No smoking.

Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

The Carriage House

This Carriage house sits in the back yard of the main house on this property. This property dates back 120 + years and is in excellent condition. It is a little piece of Aurora's history located right off our town square. The house can sleep 4, however I would say best suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room.

The BIN House: A Unique Couples Getaway! (No children or infants, no pets.) This converted grain bin has been on the family farm since the 1930s. Up until several years ago, it stored grain. In its new life, it has been converted into a cozy, couples getaway. We invite you to experience our unique little piece of heaven here at the Good Life Farm.

Our neighborhood is a good access point to many places in York and we know our way around, so we will happily share what we know about our area. The apartment is located a few blocks away from York University and just a short walk to downtown. I have weekly and monthly discounts for long stays.
