Pleasant small house (usually inhabited) with wooded land in a quiet village near forest. Modern and pleasant decor and good services. High price for a single room but maybe it's normal for a week of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Rose is a great host, warm and caring about our well-being. The cottage is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, nothing missing. The bedding is perfect. The place is sublime for an absolute rest. I recommend Rose's cottage without a second thought.

Nice house, tastefully furnished. Beautiful antique furniture, nice piano in the living room. Large shaded plot and equipped with garden furniture. Very quiet. Really matches the photos and description on the site. Address to be recommended.

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

I stayed with 2 people for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

You can book without a second thought… We had the pleasure of being hosted by Jennifer and her husband, friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is spacious, with all the necessities for a pleasant time. When outside, what can I say, everything is there to make the most of the outdoors (and the barbecue, a little extra that we inaugurated and greatly appreciated)

We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.
