The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, very well equipped and close to Olympia. The master suite is a plus. The outside is also very well maintained (flowers etc).

What can I say about Kelly! An amazing person in a beautiful space! Kelly, at our request, was kind enough to allow us to do a small gathering at her place with catering. It was dreamy, a moment for us very important that we will remember forever! Kind, sweet, welcoming! Always willing to help with anything! We booked the whole house, a very large space ready to host several people and very beautiful! A lovely garden, super well-maintained! We are very happy to have chosen this place and wish our way to bring us back there soon! The space is also suitable for people who want quiet and seclusion. It's among olive fields and endless greenery! Just 15 minutes from the center of Kalamata and 4 minutes from Messina! Nothing was difficult for us! Thank you very much ❤️🌸

We had a wonderful time in Kalamata and the accommodation was excellent! The room was very clean, fully equipped and in a very convenient location, close to the old town. But what made our stay special was Angela — kind, friendly and really willing to help us with anything we needed. A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

We stayed for a week at Lilli's villa and had the most wonderful time. The views are spectacular, the place is totally private, and the villa itself is all you could wish for. Of course nothing is perfect, and there are one or two small things to be aware of - all the loos are in the bedrooms for instance, which are relatively small - but on the whole its a great villa that has been build thoughtfully and with a lot of attention. We particulalry loved the outdoor 'summer' kitchen - which was perfect for barbequing fish from the local market and the sunsets from the upper terrace are incredible. We will certainly be back.

Friendly host who was very professional. The housekeeper Melina was wonderful and very responsive to our needs. The villa is beautifully decorated and really feels special once you walk in. The pool was cleaned several times a week as was the flat. The location is fantastic, great views and very secluded. Neighbouring villas can see you from one side though, some plants would be good to make the rooftop ultra private. I would definitely book this place again.

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

From the moment we arrives we fell in live with this place, which was perfect for two of us for a week. The roads are steep and winding, but that adds to the sense of getting away. We walked the Menalon Trail, which starts in Stemnitsa, to Dimitsana, past monasteries and through the Lousios Gorge - stunning! Not for the unfit or faint-hearted - it's very steep and 12.5km (5 hours) to cover. We needed the cold drinks and mountain lunch when we arrived. The taxi back was entertaining, too - Nikos gave us lots of local information. We also managed day trips to Messene, Mystras, and Mycenae, all about 1.5 hours away by car, though not far as the crow flies. Cafe Gerousia in the town square is fab during the day, and the grills at the taverna are great. The tiny shop tucked in between Σιμο & Σιμο and the Ginger Squirrel has everything, but the proprietress speaks no English - cue lots of looking up Greek words, pointing and grammatical errors on my part.

Perfect little house <3 I felt right at home. The location is great and I felt very comfortable dealing with Christina! I look forward to my next stay :)

The house was even better than the pictures shown, very spacious, cozy and of high standards. We really enjoyed the ambiance. The house was fully equipped and in a very convenient location, close to the local amenities. The room-entrance where you can take off your shoes and jackets is very convenient and hygienic (we only used the slippers inside the house). Marios was always friendly and responsive to all our requests. We have already recommended the place to many friends!

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Excellent location in a beautiful place that resembles a different era. They definitely makes their experience of the city even better.

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Maria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful, she gave lots of local tips for beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the marina, beaches and old town. Totally worth a visit, highly recommended.

Bright and comfortable home and great host

What a wonderful place with great hosts! The location is amazing with beautiful views of the bay. At night it was so peaceful that we could hear the wildlife. Fiona and Dimitris are lovely hosts, always responsive, and so helpful, which made us feel at home straight away. The local village is only 5mins by car, with lovely restaurants right at the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!
