In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Maria was a super host, she was always responsive and friendly, her Villa is beautiful and traditional with plenty of space! She has everything you would need for a stay in Rhodes including a fully kitted out barbecue area. The Villa is simply stunning, with a quiet and tranquil pool area as well as a hot tub. We needed for nothing, and had every eventuality covered! Local to Ialysos and Rhodes old Town. Maria is full of local knowledge and has a very comprehensive information book with everything you need to know about staying in Rhodes, what to see and do, recommended trip suppliers etc. Each room comes with a beach bag and beach towel for the guaranteed beach trip when you stay here, pool towels for those lazy days around the pool and spare bedding if needed. Each room has its own air conditioning system, a the kitchen has a wonderful selection of coffee machines and every utensil you would need. We will be staying here again and recommending Maria and her space to all.

Stunning villa, with plenty of space and a huge garden. All rooms and outside areas were spotless and very well kept. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Nice view of the garden and hills from the balcony. Short drive to Rhodes town and Lalysos where there is lots of bars and restaurants. Great place and hosts.

What an AMAZING place to stay! I spent a month at this lovely place and from the moment I arrived, I felt like I was at home. The hosts, Vicky and Popi, looked after me so well. They showed so much kindness and were unbelievably helpful. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience I had. The villa is beautiful and the views over the mountains and sea are breathtaking. If you want accommodation away from the crowds, but only a short drive from all the action, this is the place for you! I can't recommend it enough. Useful info and benefits: *Very quiet at night for a perfect sleep *Beds are super comfortable *Load of towels and extra bedding *Everything you need for cooking, along with base ingredients and little treats *The hosts have thought of everything so it's not one of those places where you turn up to empty cupboards *The swimming pool is lovely and sun loungers very comfortable *The sun rises at the back of the property from the mountains and sets on the otherside for lovely sea view sunsets. There's lots of places to enjoy the sun and shade around the property *There's a great outdoor cooking area *5 mins drive to local shops and restaurants of Pastida or Kremesti *20 mins drive into Rhodos town, 25 to Faliraki and about 50ish to Lindos *I didn't have a car for a lots of my time there and was happy to walk everywhere but if you're not happy for long walks, it's best to get a car. It would also be super easy to hire bikes, it's not very hilly all around the coastal area. This place is SO much better than booking a resort / hotel. I will definitely be back :)

Peaceful accommodation, we spent a week lulled by the field of peacocks. The pool and barbecue area are fabulous. Mary and her husband are extremely considerate, very responsive and the pastries made by Mary are another asset! We would highly recommend:)
