Vacation rentals with a patio in Filandia

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a sleek, modern design and fantastic features throughout. The location couldn’t be better,just one block from the village, making it incredibly convenient. The private parking right on the property was a huge plus. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the outdoor cameras, which gave us an added sense of security. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Eddy's place was in a quiet residential street with a lovely view from the balcony. it was lovely to lie on the hammock enjoying the view. It was an easy walk to the town square with a small food shop close by.. Eddy responded quickly to any questions. We felt at home there, the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. we even extended our stay there a few days. I would recommend this place when visiting Salento.

The hosts are very nice. They were available at all times. The accommodation is very central and easily accessible to anywhere in Salento. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, very quiet with close proximity to the village; everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable as well as the sofa bed and the alcove, it has everything you need in kitchen utensils in case you are going to stay several days. I would definitely return to the site

My family and I loved the apartment, which is very well located near everything; it has a very nice view. The host was attentive at check-in time and at check-out time; very responsible and kind.

This listing perfectly matches the photos and description: 1. Located one block from Filandia Park. 2. It is like new and perfectly equipped. 3. It has parking. 4. It has a balcony overlooking the park, the José Fernando restaurant and the mountains. 5. Sandra's communication and disposition is excellent.

We felt at home and my pet really enjoyed the place and its surroundings, the car is in a safe place and you can walk to the park.❤️🙏

Very nice house and convenient location. However, I will note a few things for future travelers: 1. The house is very close to other houses and we experienced a lot of noise starting at 7am both days we were there. I think there's a business as well and the noise sounds like it's right in the bedroom. 2. The parking is about a block away and it's up a hill. It's not far but the hill is very challenging if you are not used to it. 3. The ceiling over the dining room is glass and when it rains, the area gets wet. Do Not leave things on the dining room table or they will get wet. I mentioned this to the host but I didn't get a response about the leaks. Hopefully they will take care of it. Other than that, the house is very nice, large, and comfortable.

I loved the place! Don Javier welcomes you and is too kind and attentive. The place is very neat, comfortable, it becomes a very pleasant place to be with friends and family. The location is perfect, it's too close to the park and there are two parking lots next door.

The house is beautiful, with an unparalleled view, all very well cared for and good quality. It's perfectly equipped, everything works fine. Johana and Felipe are amazing as homeowners. They gave us a lot of recommendations, they were always pending and were friendly. We felt very comfortable. It feels like it's their home and all the details are very well cared for

Excellent choice, Nirma and Napoleon are excellent hosts, always attentive and helpful. Everything on the property is new, a large, completely private pool, well built and maintained, a kiosk with a BBQ and a charcoal stove, and a comfortable, newly built house. The only thing to keep in mind is that if they are going to work remotely, the internet is not unlimited. If they are going to have a lot of videoconferences or streaming, it may last two or three days, then they will have to use their own cell phone data (the coverage is acceptable).

A comfortable apartment with great balcony view in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It is a little bit hard to find, because the street is not on google maps yet. But if you set the directions to the La Cigarra Casa Natural which is some meters away you will pass the colourful street with beautiful houses on the both sides, that's your destination. And for the supermarket I liked Ara more - better choices.

Wonderful stay in Pachamama!! The house was clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The whole experience was fantastic and pleasant with Carmen’s kind help. It offers spectacular natural views, as well as a high degree of privacy and security. Definitely one of the best choices for exploring Salento!!

Very nice stay

We were thrilled with Maria’s apartment. It was very clean and full amenities including fans and even a white noise machine. It also had extras we didn’t need to buy such as additional garbage bags, paper towels, salt, ice pack etc… It’s very close to a good grocery store we went almost everyday, and there was even a corner store just out the door if we needed something at the last minute. We walked 30 minutes to a mall and although the road was not flat it was exactly what we were after, a good walk in a safe neighbourhood with shops, restaurants, pharmacy’s and even a dollar store with similar products to home. Not only did security at the door greet us every time we passed but everyone we met in the elevators or on the stairwells were extremely friendly too. Not only would we recommend staying here but we are sure to stay again when we visit Armenia!!!

The apartment has a nice view of a forest and the mountains,in addition Marcela is a host who was attentive to our comments all the time.

Beautiful apartment, clean, perfect area to stay. Álvaro was always attentive to what we might need, we will definitely be back!

The place is just as shown in the photos. Good area and very central. I recommend it for staying.
