This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. Penny’s place was absolutely amazing! From the minute we walked in the door it exceeded our expectations! The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and fully stocked with all you need for a family beach vacation. Penny was very responsive with any questions we had and gave many great recommendations for places to eat and shop. Would highly recommended her home and we hope we can come back very soon!

The Love Shack is located in a quiet and beautiful area. While sitting on porch one can see the water from the bay. Very relaxing. The apartment had all the comforts of home. When I arrived there were fresh flowers and a homemade pastry waiting for me. It had all the amenities one needs while away from home. The bed was very comfortable too. The hosts were very kind, considerate and responsive. I will be returning for another stay in the very near future.

The beachfront location was amazing. We really enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach and the deck. The house is small, but if you intend to spend most of your time outside, it's perfect. The house shows it's age in a few areas, but this didn't affect our stay. The A/C kept it nice and cool during some hot humid days. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, watching a storm roll in, hanging out in the evenings, and most importantly private beach access! Most of the surf city shops and restaurants were only a 5 minute drive away. Overall, this was a great spot for a relaxing stay at the beach. We would book it again.

My family and I had a great three night stay. We’ve always wanted to stay right on the ocean and it was so worth it. The house is spacious but still cozy. We travelled with our 8 month old and used the high chair and baby gate. We loved watching the sun come up over the ocean each morning. Emily was communicative and friendly. Would definitely return!

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

This studio apartment is a great option if you're looking to stay near the ocean but not have the expense of renting a whole house. It has everything we needed for a few days at the beach - so nice to have the option to cook too! The space is compact but comfortable and Dianne was a great host.
