You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is right next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

In the immediate vicinity are cross-country trails and the biathlon stadium with roller ski track and ski lift, sled slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is 20 minutes on foot. Die Lage bietet eine optimale Grundlage für Shopping- und Sightseeingtouren innerhalb von Bayreuth, Fichtelgebirge und Fränkische Schweiz. Sie brauchen also nicht zwingend einen PKW um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden; zumal in Bayreuth ein umfassendes Nahverkehrskonzept per Bus und Bahn existiert, und für Touren ins Umland stehe ich mit meinem PKW (gegen Bezahlung) gern zur Verfügung
