Riad vacation rentals in Fez-Meknès

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

The Riad was incredibly cozy and very well designed. Hicham made our stay exceptional. He is a very kind and a friendly host and he responded our needs immediately. It made us feel at home!

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in, tastefully decorated and with personality. A unique place full of charm on the edge of the medina and yet extremely peaceful. The garden and pool are beautiful, not overlooked and surrounded by lemon trees. The exchanges were very fluid with Amélie and Philippe, the owners. We received such a warm welcome from Sanae and her husband, a lovely host full of thoughtful touches. We had great conversations with her that allowed us to better understand Morocco and Moroccan culture. If you stay here, absolutely enjoy Sanae's cuisine, generous, authentic and made with a lot of love. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the medina. Probably the best meals we've had on our 15-day trip to Morocco. This stay in the riad was a highlight of our road trip. Thanks again! An experience not to be missed if you are in Fez, really.

The house is just perfect: location is ideal, (in the center of the medina, but quiet nevertheless), super clean and beautiful! Breakfast was top. Zarha is super friendly. She even gave us a birthday cake at breakfast as a surprise for our son who turned 17. I recommend 100%!!

I was attracted by the beautiful pictures Sonhild posted of her “Fab Artist’s House” and I booked the riad for 4 nights for me and my family. After booking, Sonhild was very responsive to the myriad questions I had and sent comprehensive descriptions of the riad, things to do, places to see, and favorite eateries in the medina. She clearly loved Fes and wanted her guests to have a great experience. In her communications, Sonhild also introduced us to Said, the person who manages the riad and takes care of the guests on a daily basis. He met us at the train station, arranged for two mini-taxis to get us to the medina, made sure we were situated and comfortable in the riad, made an incredible breakfast each morning with Amina, his wonderful wife, made suggestions about what to see, and even rescued us when we got lost in the medina. Said, I must say, was amazing and one of the kindest people and purest of souls. He added a very human touch to our experience in Fes.

Wonderful stay at Dar Benaress. Mohammed and Nabilla are amazing hosts. Before we arrived, Mohammed asked if we’d like a list of things to do in and near Fes that he could arrange. It was our first time in Fes so we opted for both of the local tours and the hammam. We could not recommend them more and were so pleased we did those. The tours were informative and our guide helped us shop and took great care of us. Another option we arranged for was the home cooked meal. We initially thought we’d do that only one night, but Nabilla is such an extraordinary chef that we did it an additional two nights we were there of our four night stay. The riad itself is as beautiful and charming and magical as the pictures show. If not more. Amenities were as said. We couldn’t figure out the AC but the weather was fine so we didn’t bother to ask. The location is wonderful and Nabilla and Mohammed were very accommodating on arrival and when going on excursions. Would be lovely to visit again.

A simply unforgettable family stay in this magnificent Riad in the heart of Fez. Upon arrival, we were charmed by the beauty of the place, mixing Moroccan authenticity and refinement. The Riad is a haven of peace, tastefully decorated and full of this unique magic that only the Fez medina can offer. Abdelali and his entire team were very attentive from start to finish. Their sincere hospitality, availability and attention to every detail made us feel at home. You immediately feel that this Riad has been thought out with passion: every corner breathes the love of a job well done, and Abdelali's soul is present at all times. The terrace offers stunning views of the Fez medina, a breathtaking panorama, especially at sunrise. The rooftop jacuzzi delighted the children, who spent moments of joy and relaxation there while we enjoyed the serenity of the place. Everything is perfect!

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

Everything was perfect! Really nice people, they helped us a lot with everything. They organized our pick up from the airport, Taha, a very nice guy, came to take us to the apartment, he was willing to help with anything, Rachid also! Absolutely, a really pleasant experience, thanks to their willingness, help and kindness!

We stayed with 10 friends in the Riad . Everything went great, quiet, comfortable rooms, the little ones better for 1 person, the 2 very large even for 3 people . Great for breakfast Fatima that prepares good manicaretti. Great, to recommend .

Riad very well located in the medina. The upstairs terrace and pool are very pleasant. I would this property. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which is not very local with industrial products (orange juice, jams, honey), it's a shame knowing how excellent Moroccan products can be.

It has been a pleasure staying at Sabah, it is situated in the center of the medina with a magnificent swimming pool in a typical architectural contest. The room was very clean and the personal warm and welcoming.

Our stay at Rachid’s place was great. The entire staff were very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything smelled good and the building was clean, with the rooms in neat order. The breakfast provided was tasty and left us full in to the afternoon. And finally, both inside the building and outside was always very quiet with the bed being really comfortable! I’d highly recommend staying here if choosing to stay in the Medina.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel-style palace in Fes! The space was elegant, clean, and full of traditional charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the atmosphere of the city. Property ideally located in the historic medina of Fez, right next to the Chouara tannerie and the various souks and tourist places. Our host was very welcoming and helpful as soon as we arrived, willingly recommending places to visit and pointing out places to eat nearby. The bedroom and shared bathroom were very clean, and the riad overall very pretty and richly decorated with local crafts. We recommend this place if you want to immerse yourself in the medina during the day and look for a place or come back in the evening to sleep!

We had a great stay at Riad Yacout. Asmae in the reception is a STAR. Kind, helpful, efficient, professional and always with a smile! Aziz is you host and he is A KING! We were put in a nice room at the front looking out at the mosque with a large confortable bed and a spotless cleen bathroom. Nur Al-din is the perfect ROCK in the kitchen area and among the waiters.
