Tinton's House by Shaman

Tinton is a nickname, nickname for my brother-in-law's grandfather. The shaman is the name of our boutique, which is our first and greatest business in commercial life. The restoration / renovation of the home ended in October 2022, and was very attentive and stylishly furnished. A combination of 2 apartments, which are also used independently at a central point. You can't get into the street by car. There is an 80-step staircase to the house. It's not suitable for those with walking difficulties. The fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

An outdoor pool area features a sparkling turquoise pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a hanging chair. The setting is designed for relaxation, with soft evening lighting enhancing the contemporary architecture of the villa.

Our villa is in the most elite neighborhood of Fethiye and is located in a very convenient location to the center, the sea, entertainment, parks and sports areas and is very close to pharmacies,hospitals, supermarkets and restaurants. Our villa, which has three suites, has a hammam, sauna and both rooms have a double hot tub. For monthly rentals, water,electricity, internet and weekly cleaning belong to the renter. The security deposit fee is $700 The pools are closed due to weather conditions from November 1st to April 30th.

The center is in a great location. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very beautiful, spacious and airy. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 min walk to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate up to 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL and GARDEN ARE ONLY IN the SHARED use OF 2 VILLAS
