Very nice stay, close to all attractions and clean

We had a wonderful time at Houda’s place. They went above and beyond. Recommended activities and made us feel right at home. The riad is absolutely beautiful, well situated, clean and matches the listing’s description. Although the location is in the old town, a representative welcomed us in person and checked us in. Highly recommended.

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

Wonderful location. Many facilities for the reception in a city as peculiar as the medina of Fez. Great, Sean and Hanae. If we go back to Fez, we'll go back to this house.

Staying at Ian’s place was a truly wonderful experience. The house is full of charm, perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, and feels like home the moment you arrive. Ian is a fantastic host warm, attentive, and also a great chef! He made us breakfast and shared stories that added real depth to our stay. We used their guidebook to book a full-day tour in and around the Medina -one of the best parts of our trip. Personal tip: Since the house is deep inside the Medina, it’s easy to get lost in the maze. I highly recommend using their suggested guide. We went with Redha (hope I spelled that right!) and he was amazing , knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended ⭐️

It’s impossible to perfectly describe the experience we had in this riad. The place is beautiful and is located in the heart of the medina which is such a unique experience that you cannot experience anywhere else in the world. The best part though was the housekeeper Zac. Without him we may not have even made it to the riad. He sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport and met us outside the medina and walked us to the riad. Through our entire stay he was available for us at all hours and did everything he could to make our stay as amazing as possible. The breakfast and dinner he cooked were also amazing and was among the better food we ate in Fes. He also took us on a tour of the atlas mountains and made many stops and some very cool places along the way. One last thing is how hard he worked. He ran back and forth through the medina multiple times when all the shops were closed to help us get things that we didn’t get earlier. This is without a doubt the best place to stay in Fes.

It was a great stay in the Fez medina. The house is beautiful and atmospheric. A feeling of immersion is immediately created. I really liked this authentic interior architecture and the feeling of well-being that emerges. The terrace and garden are also perfect places to relax. The location is in a quiet part of the medina but still close to cultural attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and all other amenities. But I have to especially thank Mr. Hassane. A superhost, always responsive and a very interesting person. Communication was warm and I enjoyed our discussions. My singular gratitude for all the help provided both on arrival and departure. Very nice apartment and very functional. Nabila is also very kind and very caring. There is air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and it's really nice in case of high temperatures. There is even a master suite, i.e. a bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Of course, there is also another bathroom with toilets in the apartment. I'm pointing this out because when I booked the apartment and read some people's comments, it says that the problem is going through the bedroom to get to the bathroom or toilet. It's amazing that guests don't specify that there's another independent bathroom with toilets. So, you'll have to go back to school and learn to count on your fingers because that's 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. LOL. Thank you Nabila for the fruits and dried fruits when we arrived at the apartment. A small bottle of water in the fridge would also be welcome.

Ghita is easily the best host I’ve had in Airbnb! My family and I came to Fes and I would have given her 10 stars if I could!! My mom found her place so nice and clean while she is usually a bit picky! Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, very convenient washing machine when you come with children, ground floor so great for access to the pool. Close to the crossroads, bakery, café... Medina accessible by car/taxi 20 min. Quiet neighborhood, guard at the entrance. The pool is a real plus. Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!
