Gimena is a very good host, attentive and always willing to support us in what we need. The house is very well described in terms of services, locations and amenities, it is a place where we would gladly return on our next visit.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

Everything was excellent to the point that we decided to stay longer again

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thanks to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

We had a few beautiful days with the family in Aguyje. Really a beautiful place to enjoy, with the comforts and spaces to share. We would definitely return.

With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. First of all communication with Mrs. Mercedes is exelente, very open to dialogue always, responds super fast, very attentive, friendly, polite and concerned about the well-being of the guest, the house is huge, beautiful, super comfortable, super safe and with all the needs available, supermarkets and service stations at 80 meters, shopping and more super close, it is like feeling at home or more comfortable, 100% recommended, the place is a dream

The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was a pleasure to sit in the outdoor garden, a quiet and pleasant space to relax. Thanks to the apartment's location, near the main entrance, I could easily receive food orders through the app directly through the gate, without having to leave the building, which was very convenient. I also want to highlight the large and comfortable rest area on the roof of the building, ideal for spending time or working outdoors. For me, a great added value was the laundry: although it is shared, it is free, which makes this place perfect for longer stays as well. I had some minor issues, but I was able to easily resolve them with the host, who reacted quickly and was very kind at all times. Excellent communication and service. Thank you for everything!

It is simply as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it is prepared for long stays, however in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobblestone street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. It's clear that Rodrigo went above and beyond in his attentiveness! Thank you

Miguel's place was a good refuge while I was looking for a long-term rental. It is fully equipped to cook, wash dishes, do laundry, and even had a drying rack and ironing board. I didn't get to meet the host as it was semana Santa when I arrived. We had our business to handle during the next week, so I understand, the apartment is fully self-contained anyway. The only downsides might be the dog can be a bit loud when he is alone, but not bad as the previous place I was in Asuncion. And early morning or night he kept quiet, so it didn't affect sleep. The flimsy curtains in the bedroom might bother some, but I'm an early riser, so no problem for me. There's lots of gaps in windows, which means mosquitos might be an issue, but overall they haven't bothered me much. I didn't even use the provided mosquito repellent device. Having the big Superseis nearby is great, food market as well. Overall a good stay and I can recommend it. Miguel and his wife are solid hosts who thought of everything.

An incredible view left me in love from the first moment, the jungle of Asunción being observed from a bright and minimalist apartment with a privileged location left me stunned allowing me to experience majestic sunsets and sunrises. How clean everything was was brilliant, the bed was impressively comfortable, and the overall kitchen amenities, the two airs, TV with Netflix, HBO, Disney, and Prime, access to the roof to see the city 360°, with a grill and gym definitely make it a real gem of Asunción. There is a hypermarket two blocks away with a shopping plaza, pharmacy, and bars. The icing on the cake: Alexa and her voice-controlled assistant to turn on the radio, lights, air, and ask for the weather.
