Ashley’s place was great! It was conveniently located near a Walmart, gas stations, and the highway. The amenities were exactly as described. The pool area and gym were clean, well maintained, and peaceful to use. The apartment itself was spotless. Ashley was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

This place was so cozy and right by the beach! We enjoyed our stay and Catherine was such an amazing host! Would 100% stay here again in the future :)!

It was the perfect place for our trip to Jacksonville. The location was really convenient as everything was pretty much a short drive away and the host gave us great recommendations for the area. I would absolutely stay here again as it was a high quality stay for a price that’s hard to get anywhere else.

Absolutely beautiful—just like the photos. Peaceful, quiet, and perfectly located with a lovely footpath to the beach. Clean, fresh, stylish, super comfortable, and high-quality throughout. The hosts are amazing. Hope it’s available next time I’m in Jacksonville!

This place is perfect. Perfectly clean. Perfectly stocked. Perfectly located. Quiet surroundings, yet so much to do around you. Friendly neighbors. The bed was very comfortable. Beach chairs were an added bonus. Just lovely. This is our third Airbnb in Jax Beach in about a years time and by far it was the best! Definitely hope to return.

Me and my girlfriend loved it here. This place was utterly gorgeous! The neighborhood was quite and peaceful. The scenery of the water and sunrises every morning were amazing. The place had an abundance of amenities. The furniture, linenes, and towels all were very high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped which was a big deal for me. Karen and Craig's place is a great stay no doubt!! We will be booking here again when we visit Jax Beach in the future.

Our stay at this Amelia Island Airbnb was a pleasant experience! The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by allowing an early check-in, which we greatly appreciated. The property was clean and had a unique, rustic charm that gave it a distinct vibe. Everything was as described, and the host’s warmth made the stay enjoyable. We’d give it 5 stars for the hospitality and cleanliness!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

It was perfect ! Right next to the beach. I was able to walk back and forth with my infant baby no problem.

We had an extended stay at Peyton's place and it was excellent! From the moment we got there, it felt so peaceful and like home. The home has a lot of character and has been well maintained. Peyton thought of so many little things that made it feel like home...he probably has anything you need sprinkled throughout the house! The neighbors were all very warm and friendly. We also got a chance to meet Peyton in person and he has such a welcoming, down-to-earth personality. He provided a lot of wonderful information about the home and area ahead of time and always communicated with us very well. He was also very understanding and helpful since we mistakenly left some clothes behind in the dryer! You'll be in a fabulous, walkable location to the town of St. Mary's, along with the Cumberland Island Ferry. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our family and very glad we booked with Peyton! :-)

We loved our stay at Whitney and John’s place! Their home was immaculate. Perfect for a baby and two young children and a dreamy retreat for the adults. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Adorable restaurants also walkable and perfect for a family! Whitney and John were so lovely and responsive. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful little place, loved our time there! The local restaurants were great and Cumberland Island was magical we will definitely be back with our adult age kids next time!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

We stay a week at this darling condo and highly recommend it! We had an instant feeling of home the moment we walked inside. And the best part - just step outside the back door and you’re on the beach! Clean, comfortable and we loved the location. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Comfy couch for relaxing, well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and the king bed was a dream! Ashley was responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat and we’ll stay again! Thank you!

Love the condo. Great location. Quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Laura was the best. Very quick response times.

Perfect for a family going to the beach. Nice, condo, view of the beach, a block off the public beach. Place even has great beach chairs that are easy to transport and comfortable. Good pool for the kids. Place is clean, beds are comfortable, and kitchen was great for dinners (grills by the pool help, too). There was an issue with the electric keypad, and owners took care of it immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Watching the ocean waves from your room is magical! This place has so many areas to watch the sunrise. Forth floor has great balcony views as well as the coastline views. Condo was very modern and updated. The walking paths and grounds are beautiful & the pool is right around the corner! Can’t wait to return!

We had a great time. Joshua's place was easily walkable to the beach and pool. It was comfortable and well kept. Also, it was stocked with towels and beach gear which was very helpful.
