Vacation rentals with a patio in Ferma

We had an incredibly beautiful time in Tertsa, it's perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. The beautiful beach is right across the street from the house and all the residents are very friendly, you quickly feel at home and are greeted by everyone. Poppy welcomed us very warmly, she cooked a lot of delicious food for us, which awaited us upon our arrival. She is always quick to reach and very helpful and warm, the most amazing hostess you could imagine! The garden and terrace is also beautiful and you are close to nature!

The apartment is ideally located in a quiet area facing the saltworks. Well-equipped, dishes, new washing machine, fridge, flat screen... it is in the middle of two other apartments. The first being rented by an extremely welcoming and helpful resident. Vasilis offered us homemade bread, family honey, lent us his snorkeling equipment and advised us on good local tips. Elsa is also extremely responsive, understanding, pleasant and friendly. It is possible to swim on a beautiful beach of large pebbles a 5-minute walk away (Paradisio Beach) or further on the peninsula. A big favorite for Kolokitah beach, crystal clear water, a shaded beach accessible by car or 30 minutes walk. We came at the end of October, a lot of restaurants were starting to close like the Paradisio Tavern nearby. The period is ideal with children as is the small closed courtyard in front of the apartment. You just have to watch out for the few steps and cacti.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is beautiful and totally clean. Everything you need is available and the terrace is a highlight. Communication with the host was always quick, nice and helpful. Everything was perfect

The place was clean, modern and we loved the proximity to the beach. It was nice to have fruits, wine and crackers provided as we arrived late in the evening. The swimming pool was also excellent. I would love to come back!

Of all my trips to Greece, this was the first place I stayed where I just had to sit on the balcon and relax. Wat a wonderful view! The place where the house is located is calm and surrounded only by Greek nature. What we could want more? Dimitrios and his wife are very welcoming. We loved our 5 night stay here. Maria is a kind and helpful host who booked taxis for us and responded quickly to any questions we had. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished with a wonderful view of Spinalonga and the sea as other guests have described. We really appreciated Maria's thoughtfulness in providing milk, fruit, snacks, and wine. The kitchen is also well stocked with condiments and tea and coffee. It is a 10 -15 minute walk down the hill to the beach and gorgeous turquoise blue water for swimming (take reef shoes or thongs for the smooth stone beach though). Of course that also means a walk back up the hill with no shade... Plaka is a delightful, small village with great restaurants overlooking the water. Maria's place is such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed 14 days in the old village of Sykologos and felt completely comfortable. We didn't miss anything, the decor is tasteful and high quality. Shortly after we arrived , Andreas greeted us kindly with fresh bread and pastries. He guided us through his house and showed us around and explained everything. There were delicious,local delicacies in the fridge. We've never had anything like this! We communicated with Andreas from time to time during our stay. He is very attentive and tries to make sure his guests don't miss anything. You have to be aware that you always need a car to get to the beautiful beaches and tavernas. But it's worth it! If you appreciate the peace ,the solitude and the still real Greece with its people and habits, this is the place to be! We will be back!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The neighbors also welcomed us in a very friendly way. The apartment is perfectly located and has everything you need. In the morning, we could enjoy our coffee right by the sea, which is just across the street. The nearest larger city is within walking distance. The tavern next door is also very tasty and recommended. Likewise, the small bar opposite, great atmosphere right on the sea. Communication with Katerina was very good. Quick and helpful response. We thank you for a great time and will be happy to come back.

Fantastic house, just like in the pictures. Harry was very friendly and gave useful tips around the area. Car is neccesary. Beautiful pool and quiet surroundings. Lovely goats nearby. Cant wait to get back!

We were able to enjoy our 10-day vacation very much thanks to Dimitri's helpful tips and advice. The small apartment had everything for a nice stay. We liked the very quiet surroundings and the proximity to the private beach and garden very much. Dimitris supported us very well in all matters. We were very happy about the gifts we received.

A nice and cozy apartment in Istro. Several taverns and bars are within walking distance. In about 20 minutes you can also reach Voulisma Beach on foot. Manos was easy to reach and also helped immediately with problems. We felt at home. We will be happy to come back!

Wow! We went to a bachelorette party 4 girls and it was simply amazing! George was long before the trip spoke to me on whatsapp and was available for all my questions. Booked us a taxi from the airport that arrived just on time and everything was very clear through whatsapp. Also at the entrance to the property, George received us, took luggage ( until check-in) and kept them in a secure room. The property is stunning and just right,cozy, clean, quiet neighborhood and right next to all the fun - exactly five minutes walking distance. Buy us some nibbles that were waiting for us in the room, was always available for questions and recommendations for us and even made me really good and took me a ride to the massage he had booked for me in advance in the area. Really was just perfect. I really recommend to anyone who wants to clear their minds and get reliable and professional service above and beyond.

We loved this home. The huge terrace and view are so amazing. We spent lots of time on the nice patio furniture outside enjoying it. We also loved the pool. You can walk to a few spots in the area for dinner and we really enjoyed the patio bar at the hotel next door. Fun spot. Across the street was Pegasus Dive and boat rental. It was so nice to walk there and rent a small boat to see the town from the water. The town is really nice and the perfect size place to explore. We spent a week here and another week in Chania area. Thanks for sharing your home. I would highly recommend it

Eleftheria, Gianni's wife, gave us a lovely warm welcome and gave us lots of useful information about the area on the first day. The flat overlooks the marina and so has a wonderful view. Perfect location, well equipped kitchen and would highly recommend. We had a great time in Agios Nikolaos.

A very good room in a quiet spot at the edge of Hersonissos, clean and equipped for every need. The various little touches make it stand out. Checking in and out is easy and convenient. Our Vangelis was there for every service, kind and pleasant. The treats made us feel welcome and started our stay pleasantly. We would book this room again and recommend it.

I'm joining all the previous comments: the apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable in all aspects (good bedding, big shower, enough equipment in the kitchen, good WiFi, etc ), and Nikos' parents were lovely people who made me feel.welcome. The apartment is very central, and super close to a very nice little beach. It can be a bit noisy during the day because you're in the city center, with narrow and steep streets, but at night it was dead quiet. Parking can be challenging for the same reasons, but I've always found a spot eventually.

Maria's accommodation was very clean, organized and spacious. We were particularly impressed by the welcome, the treat and the speed of the host. It's great for a couple. Its yard is small, although there is room for parking. We'd definitely go for it again! It is not recommended to visit Sitia without a vehicle as the only access is an uphill road with a steep slope. The same, of course, applies to the whole city.

Great place to stay, within walking distance of centre. Giannis is a fabulous host and was so responsive and helpful to any queries we had. He. left us eggs and fruits and other goodies. Highly recommend Giannis place. Thanks for letting us stay we loved it.
