This compact , newish, light & cosy appartment-perfectly situated , a little private paradise but still so close to everything.. 5 min from the center, 5 min from the Wörthersee & Stadium and just 30 min from the slo&italian boarder! Train and Busstop a couple 100m's away,aswell as shops and restaurants. If you want a relaxed holiday, just stay a night for a concert or wedding, traveling through or a cycling holiday? Its perfect for everyone , a safe-space for everyone!

Vacation on the sunny side of the Carinthian Rose Valley. Small but fine vacation home with separate entrance for 2 people. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. The idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest and meadow, only 10-15 minutes by car from Klagenfurt and thus from Lake Wörthersee. It offers five rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn to relax. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 6. A crib is available on request.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee.
