You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

Cozy Stylish Waterfront 3BR Kayaks Fireplace Porch

This place was amazing. Sage and Shannon were wonderful hosts and they were super helpful. Anytime I texted they always responded immediately and gave us assistance when we needed it. They also organized the house very nicely and gave us everything we needed. The coffee maker was also great to have in the mornings. The neighborhood is very serene and the neighbors were very friendly as well. I also enjoyed the nice stream at the back of the house. There was also a nice shopping center 5 minutes away for any groceries we needed to cook at home. In addition, the deck was very nice and the lights lit up very nicely at night. Overall, they really made this place feel like home throughout our stay and the beds were very comfortable as well. Great experience staying here and we look forward to staying here again at this place in our future trips to Bethany.

The place was nice. It wasn’t too bad and it was nice to be a few minutes from the beach but also in a little bit of a private area. The beach is about a 5-8 minute walk from the area. There was also plenty of beach chairs, a nice size umbrella and other things for the beach. The umbrella came in handy when we went to the beach. Even though we didn’t use the other stuff that was available for use, it was great that it was available. Overall my friends and I had a great experience. Caroline was very responsive and very kind. We will definitely be back.

Lea’s place was the perfect spot for a couple looking to visit the nearby beaches, attractions and restaurants while also being able to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing waterfront view from the home. There is ample space in the yard for playing lawn games, relaxing in chairs by the fire pit or sitting at the tiki bar. We didn’t end up kayaking, but there were plenty of kayaks available for use. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were on-site and used them at the beach. We also had fun playing a card game in the sun room while watching the sun set over the water. The unit was clean and spacious for two people. The AC and ceiling fans worked great. The bed/mattress was quite comfortable. The kitchen met our needs for preparing breakfast there every morning. The hosts were very responsive and provided helpful information. Great quiet spot!

We had such a nice time at Victoria's home over Memorial Day weekend. The home was beautifully decorated and felt light and airy. It was a perfect beach retreat. The welcome bags were also a really nice touch. The beach views and easy access were incredible. We look forward to staying again! Highly recommend :)
