Studio nr Science Park, Marshalls, Marleigh & City

Your room has its own entrance which is accessed at the side of the main house & allows self check in. We are just outside the city boundary and just a 15min bike ride along the river to the Town Centre. you can use the citi 3 bus stop which is just on the corner. The property has a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster & fridge. We have a small table & 2 chairs.There's a double bed, clothes storage plus ensuite with towels & toiletries provided plus underfloor heating for comfort.

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

The Burrow

A pocket sized but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.

Lovely stay in a light, clean, calm family home. The family are very welcoming and the place is lovely; practical and comfortable. The large light bedroom has everything you need and bathroom next door. Kitchen is available to guests so you can prepare food if you wish. But nearby Mill Road has many varied eateries so you can easily find something nearby. We also loved that we could leave our car outside the house and walk into the city. And knowing we can easily take a bus or taxi if we need to. This is a great base to visit the city, we would have loved more time here. Thanks Jan and Thomas for a great stay in Cambridge!

I stayed at this accomodation for an Internship at an Institute down in Addenbrookes. The house is great, a shared accomodation with everything you will ever need! The kitchen space is incredible, one of the few Airbnbs that I've stayed in where kitchen utensils where in best shape to prepare a whole meal from scratch. The garden is especially beautiful even though usually unused. I loved to spend time there and enjoy the sun! Vaida is an excellent host, whenever there is an issue, rest assured that she will take care of it asap. Also, housemates here have been a pleasure to be around, all grown ups, never had a cleanliness issue during my stay! I would absolutely stay here again if I where to come back 👍

I had a very lovely stay in Colleen’s place. Her house is very centric, easy to walk to everywhere. The room is equipped with everything you might need and I must say the bed was very comfortable. Same goes for the bathroom and kitchen. They both were spotless, very clean. She also kindly kept my suitcase until my train time which I really appreciated it. Very recommended !

Douglas's place was perfect for our visit to Cambridge .A comfortable bedroom ,with private bathroom . Douglas & Lilly made us feel extremely welcome with full access to their well equipped kitchen for breakfast & refreshments. we would definitely stay again if we are needing a B&B in Cambridge.

Bri is a lovely host in her cosy flat. The double room and amenities are ideal for one night in Cambridge. A short bus ride or 30 mins walk to the centre. A generous selection of breakfast things were provided. Thank you Bri for a very comfortable stay.
