It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In the immediate vicinity of the chestnut path, the village of Villandro and the artists' town of Chiusa you will reach in a short time Ski safari Dolomites is called the Moto in winter. Pick up from the bus, take it to the surrounding ski resorts for free. Magnificent scenery for skiing, hiking and tobogganing awaits you!

Our apartment is located in the quiet village of St. Magdalena and offers magnificent views of the Geisslerspitzen, which are a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The small apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building and is simply and lovingly furnished; the spacious balcony invites you to linger. The apartment has a garage. The Villnössertal is very well served by public transport and is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours.

The artists' town of Klausen with shopping and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk via the bike path.
