The Präg nature adventure farm is located on the edge of the nature reserve. The Hochkopf apartment is in the attic of the farm. With about 120 square meters, it is spacious. For sunny spring, summer and autumn days, a private piece of garden with seating area is at your disposal. Chickens, ducks and cats live on our farm all year round, in summer often also sheep and horses, in the valley Hinterwälder cattle, goats and chamois. Parking, washing machine, Wi-Fi, storage room for bikes/skis are available

Ein ehemaliges Gasthaus in exponierter Lage mit bester Aussicht am Fuße des Belchens. Bestens geeignet für Yogagruppen, Mountainbiker, Wanderer und Biker, die gerne am Wochenende die Bergstraße nutzen. NICHT verfügbar für Partys. Bei guten Wintersportverhältnissen kann man direkt vom Haus zum Lift fahren und auch wieder von der Piste zum Haus. Der Ort Wieden selber ist fussläufig erreichbar, das Gasthaus Sonnenhang ( ca. 5-8min), hat geöffnet und eine sehr gute Küche. Haustiere nicht erlaubt.

In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.
