The Studio has Sky TV and SuperFast broadband to aid working from home. There is off-road parking and your own patio area for enjoying the garden. The Studio is accessed via the garden gate and has its own security light, path and stable door. Dogs are welcome to stay for an extra fee of £50.

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is a decking area around the cabin with a fire pit plus table and chairs for dining alfresco or just enjoy the fresh air. We are surrounded by fields located about 1 mile from the village and pubs. You can head out for a county walk right from the door step. Several National trust properties in the area. As of May 2025, we have extended the drive way to make parking easier. Guests have space for one car to park on the driveway.

The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

The annex is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meter with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, next to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are only 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead, unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
