Fabulous villa in the perfect location, 5 minutes stroll from the marina, shops and superb restaurants. Christian and Nicole are professional, attentive, kind and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The experience from booking to departure was first class. So much so we booked for next year whilst half way through this stay. We had the best family holiday and made precious memories. Thank you Christian, Nicole and Miriam.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

Staying at Gabriel’s place was amazing. A peaceful house surrounded by olive trees. Pretty garten with patio. Pool has the perfect size.

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four at this villa in Mallorca. The property was spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly renovated since the pictures were taken, which was a pleasant surprise. The unheated pool wasn't an issue for us, but it's something families with small children might want to be aware of. The location and the village are absolutely fantastic – wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A few tips for future guests: definitely pack bug spray! Also, be prepared for some amazing but narrow streets leading to the villa. You need to be a confident driver, but it was no problem for us. We loved chilling out on the hammock in the sun, it was a real highlight. The kitchen facilities are fantastic, with condiments available and the owner kindly provided some essentials on arrival, which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were nice and easy too. We had a great time at Noel’s house. Very clean, spacious and relaxing place. Friendly host that made us feel welcomed. The pool is big and the water is very clean.

The Villa exceeded our expectations. The pool was enormous and the highlight of our stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were vast, peaceful, and private, providing a truly relaxing environment. Miguel and Sebastián were fantastic, offering a warm welcome and a thorough tour upon arrival, and they were very accommodating with our delayed arrival. They were always available to answer questions and assist us promptly. Can Picafort is a charming town with a beautiful beach, plenty of shops, and numerous restaurants and ice cream parlours. The Villa was also conveniently located for exploring other local areas of Mallorca. This Villa was perfect for our family holiday, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Very highly recommended!!

WONDERFUL RETURN TRIP This was our second stay at this lovely house and it was just as great as the first time. It is really spacious, very well equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. The pool is perfect, clean and a great size, and ideal for cooling off after a short walk back from the beach. We were so pleased to find a table tennis table this time, such a fun addition that kept everyone entertained throughout the week. The location is fantastic, with a lovely local feel, and a short car journey to Cala D'Or. Just across the road is a hotel that runs a children’s holiday club and disco in the evenings. You can hear it a little sometimes, especially if you are sitting outside, but it is not overbearing and didn’t impact our holiday at all. A big thank you to Ingrid and Salvador, who are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with delicious Mallorcan cakes when we arrived. We are looking forward to our next visit already!

We stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends. The location and the house amenities are great, the neighborhood is lovely, and the views of the port / ocean from the house are unmatched. We loved the water access from the back of the house to jump in the ocean for a nice dip. The house was fully equipped with all the kitchen and cooking utensils needed to cook at the house. The proximity to the rest of Portocolom was great, and our group was able to walk to any of the local restaurants with 5-10 minutes. Lola was very helpful with check in and very responsive to our questions. She also provided local recommendations for a variety of restaurants, activities, etc.

Thank you to Antonio for hosting us. We had a great stay - the location was great being at the top of the hill with lovely views and it was very private. House was large and perfect for larger families and groups, and with a well equipped kitchen. Lots of space on site for parking multiple cars too. Would highly recommend!

The space is really beautiful. The view and the sunset views are amazing. The house is also not noisy, which is great, especially when traveling with children. The beds are large and cozy. The equipment in the kitchen could be a little more generous, but it wasn't bad at all. There were not enough small bowls, large spoons and wine glasses. Once the gardener wanted to cut the hedge on the property at 10 am, when we asked him to leave, he reacted very nicely. The house is otherwise also super located, you can get everywhere very quickly. A big plus was also that you could still book the heating of the pool. The water was therefore very pleasant for swimming in May. I highly recommend the accommodation and would come back any time.

A fabulous property that includes a very large and beautiful garden full of birds, wildflowers and fruit trees. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious and has multiple outdoor areas to relax. The pool is lovely too. Everything has been created with intelligence and care. A wonderful stay.

A beautiful Finca very well presented and extremely well equipped. The pool is clean and warm and the accommodation was great. Importantly, the beds are all very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and even provided us with a delicious breakfast one morning. We would have no hesitation in going back there.

The house was beautiful and quiet. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean and nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need. The best part of the whole house was the pool where you can really stay the whole day. We had a great stay!

The views were incredible!!! The house was cozy and comfortable for our family of six adults. It was spacious and fully furnished per all notes in description. We stayed a week and it seemed short. House is convenient drive to towns and sites for day excursions. we will definitely return. Dusky

Fantastic finca with great pool and quiet location. Our highlight was the orange and lemon trees with which you could prepare a freshly squeezed juice in the morning. The house was in a quiet location with plenty of space for the nearest neighbor, but a little hard to find for the first time. The wifi could have been a little better, otherwise we have nothing to complain about. Super nice house with large pool and outdoor kitchen at absolutely fair price. Communication with the building management was seamless and quick. We would definitely visit again!

We loved our first family holiday at this house. Javier was always amazing whenever we had questions. The house is beautiful inside and out. Special shoutout to the gardener too, lovely man!

We had a “super time” in the Finca Pep, which is very nicely & tastefully furnished. Likewise, the secluded pool behind the house, with impressive views of nature and the surroundings. The layout in the house, especially bedrooms with bathrooms, with built-in closets, are ideal and give everyone the opportunity to retreat. Since the finca is located inland, you can enjoy the tranquility of the landscape. Nevertheless, you can reach the beach or a larger town with good shopping in 10 minutes. The finca has a well-equipped kitchen and offers everything you need for a carefree vacation. Michael is very nice and helpful! He informed and supported us very well & quickly when there were questions, also an individual check-in/-out. The owners of the finca are also very helpful and very accommodating, really familiar. Thank you so much for everything - we will be happy to come back!

We were a group of 8 women and we had a great extended weekend in the perfectly equipped finca. The location is quiet, yet everything is centrally accessible by car. Everything was clean, kitchen perfectly equipped, landlady VERY nice and friendly. Love to come back!!

We loved our stay here. The villa is beautiful and the hosts are amazing - very responsive and informative. This is one of the best air bnb's we have stayed at. Beautiful location, great areas to sit outside and incredible to wake up and hear the sheep and doves on the patio. We Will be back. Loved it!
