We also offer a 2nd apartment, "Steinhauer 1" We offer you a completely redesigned and renovated apartment in the beautiful North Palatinate. Just a few kilometers from the spa town of Bad Kreuznach. In the Nahe wine region. The North Palatinate high-altitude hiking trail, Alsenztal bike path. Short distances to the Palatinate Forest or the Hunsrück. The apartment is very quietly located at the German Sandstone Park. Parking is available on the low-traffic road.

In the living room, there is 1 pull-out bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200) available. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and enjoy. The daylight-filled bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available.

Vacation home on its own floor. The apartment is in the beautiful wine village of Weinsheim between Nahetal and Soonwald/Hunsrück. There are many very well-developed cycling and hiking trails in the area. In the house itself, bicycles can be safely and dryly stored. In the village, there is a bakery, an organic farm with direct sales, as well as several wineries. Highly recommended are the Italian restaurant and the associated ice cream parlor.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
