The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

"Havhuset" is a newly built wooden house in a great location, just a few meters from the sea and a really good sandy beach. The house is cozy and simply furnished and has a lovely light. It is located on a natural plot with direct access to the garden from all rooms. Outside you have free access to a huge terrace with gas grill, table and chairs, as well as garden. The sea house is a fantastic starting point, whether you want to have a beach holiday right by the sea or want to explore South Zealand.

Roomy country home perched on 2 acres of unspoiled nature right down to the sea. Positioned high on the grounds, this rare holiday gem has a spectacular view of Præstø Fjord from every room and patio. Shielded from any disturbances, the peaceful cottage lies close to the forest and has many opportunities for recreation such as kayak, mountainbike, fishing and kite surfing. 10 minutes from indoor water park. Perfect house for when you are many, but still cozy and intimate for when you are few.

Take the whole family to this amazing home. The old pigeon is just fully renovated after the time has stood still for 35 years. It was in the late '80s that you stopped using the building for pigeons and chickens, and which today stands newly renovated by 80% recycled materials that were supposed to be thrown into construction sites, but were instead used to build this fun little home. We were with 4 adults and 3 children in the great house of Anne-Cathrine and Andreas. We felt very comfortable, we lacked nothing. The house is wonderfully equipped (with much more than you can expect) and both the indoor and outdoor areas invite you to linger and relax. The house is in a small vacation home settlement and is only a few meters from a beautiful small secluded beach. We loved the modern design of the house and the magnificent views from the huge windows. The trampoline in the garden was a highlight for the children. Anne-Cathrine and Andreas were available to us at all times, gave us helpful tips and took care of all concerns and wishes. For us, it was a wonderful week in a wonderful place with the best hosts :-)

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful beach house! The modern and stylish furnishings immediately impressed us – everything is designed with a lot of love for detail and looks very high-quality. The view of the sea is simply breathtaking, even from the sofa. The location is absolutely unique – right on the beach, wonderfully quiet and perfect for relaxing. A real highlight was the wood-fired hot tub on the terrace – especially in the evening a fantastic experience under the stars. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Yvonnes apartment is tastefully decorated. Despite the location on the main road, this does not bother you at all. We were passing through from Sweden to the Netherlands and it was just the perfect place to get some rest. Yvonne is a warm-hearted host who goes above and beyond to delight her guests. Striking: the bedding is and the towels smell delicious! Nice: there was a bottle of wine and two bags of chips ready. ❤️

Had the most gorgeous stay at E & M's place. Being a frequent visitor to CPH for work/pleasure reasons, I've had my fair share of AirBnBs recently and I will, without a doubt, return here! Firstly, as hosts, E & M are just wonderful - excellent comms and made me feel totally at home without overwhelming me with info. As for the space itself, it is beautiful. Spacious, clean, with an abundance of character. The welcome bottle of wine was SUCH a lovely touch. The space is well equipped and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring CPH and one thing that really really stood out for me was how quiet it was. Having stayed in a lot of central CPH apartments, etc I have grown so used to being woken up at ungodly hours by bin collections and merry people leaving bars, whereas my stay here was so, so peaceful. The garden is beautiful and a really unique addition. I didn't get to enjoy it as much as I hoped thanks to rain, so will definitely have to return! Diolch yn fawr iawn :)

We can’t say enough about this wonderful apartment. The location and views were amazing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The host provided many brochures, maps and a cute welcome sign. We appreciated so much that she had laundry soap available for us to wash our clothes. The host responded immediately to all questions. Definitely will stay here again.

Very happy we landed on Anders’ condo. Location was very central to everything, we never needed to have a car or even a bike. We were able to explore all of central Copenhagen on foot. Bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc… The condo itself is very clean, high ceilings, spacious, comfortable bed, high end appliances, pretty art, overall a very nice aesthetic. Anders was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. 10 out of 10.
