We had a pleasant stay at the foot of the mountains. We will definitely go back to this cottage.

Sylvie and Philippe were very flexible hosts, even in terms of check-in time, we could occupy the place earlier. Sylvie showed us around and showed us how things work in the place. The accommodation was also fine, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, I think it looks even better in person than in the photos! We only stayed one night, but exploring the area from here can be a good starting point for those who want to retreat, I recommend the place to everyone! Great value for money!

A wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, with a splendid view! Very clean and very authentic house. Nice little touches as soon as we arrive. There's nothing missing from our comfort ☺️ The host was proactive and offered us a very wide range of activities, restaurants, addresses and places to visit. The whole family was delighted with Christine's warm welcome, I would definitely come back to this accommodation, we highly recommend this host👍🏻😊.

We had a great time paragliding with friends. The house is ideally located, about 100 m from the Marlens site take-off We can even access the house on foot by a beautiful walk along a pretty path from the landing (500 m elevation gain). The view of the different reliefs surrounding the valley is beautiful, from its terrace I would definitely recommend this accommodation for paragliders, hikers, or cyclists and families. Thanks

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the lockbox is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the area and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time together! The hosts are very welcoming and super nice! The place is very quiet and the small terrace is perfect! We'll be happy to come back to hike in the Bauges again! Thank you very much

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Excellent location to enjoy this beautiful area and all amenities (shops and bike rental close by). We had a great time at this beautiful, spacious and particularly well-equipped accommodation. Sandrine is a charming and available person who took the time to welcome us and give us tips for our stay. There is all the baby equipment available (bed, high chair, bathtub) as well as books and toys for children. Everything is thought out to feel good. We'll be happy to go back!

Impeccable accommodation, functional, well-equipped, small terrace with great views of the mountains, 3 great restaurants right next door, paragliding takeoff spot nearby, sunset over Lake Annecy to fall to the ground, we only met nice and caring people including our hosts. Jelena and Julien's cottage is ideally placed for activities in Pays de Faverges/Lac d'Annecy. It is clean and very well equipped. The proximity of the hosts is absolutely not annoying, they are discreet and there is no overlooking. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and I think I'll rent it again to come see my mother. Amazing apartment! And the surroundings are sooo gorgeous! The photos really don't do the views from the balcony justice and I wish I could have spent a little more time at this place. Also, well equipped little kitchen, and very clean overall.

A very well designed apartment. Very functional. Close to Menthon Saint Bernard beach... short walk in the evening with the lake and its changing lights.

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a very pleasant stay at Tony's place. Everything was very clean and the apartment was very cozy. He provided us with a crib and a high chair for our baby and there were also board games, children's dishes, basic things for breakfast and cooking, cleaning products... Those things that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. A totally recommended accommodation and host😊

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at Wilfried's Grattague. His warm and well-appointed apartment is located in a quiet area. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!
