Quinta Vila Rachel - Winery - Ofélia House

Quinta Vila Rachel is located in the Natural Park of Vale do Tua, in the heart of the Douro Region, with an activity focused on wine tourism and the production of natural and organic wines. Our Farm offers its guests an organic pool where they can relax enjoying the unique landscapes of the Tua Valley. The Farm also have wine tasting activities, where the latest harvests can be tasted, as well as visits to the cellar and vineyards, where the organic and sustainable production is practiced.*

The swimming pool and extensive outdoor gardens complete the idyllic setting, bringing you back to the roots and connection with Nature of times gone by.

Refúgio das Poldras (Poldras Refuge)

Refúgio das Poldras is located in Vilar de Viando, right on the banks of the Cabril River, one of the cleanest rivers in the region. Excellent for bathing, swimming, or simply walking along more than 2 km of the Cabril River. It is located about 2 km from the center of the village if you want to walk along the Roman road. The bungalow features a double bed with a unique view of the river, a kitchenette for light meals, a bathroom with shower, and a suspended deck.

There are many restaurants and they're very affordable.

Studio in beautiful, old wine village.

The studio is part of the large authentic private house of the Dutch owners, located in Provesende, a traditional and, for several years, protected wine village in the heart of the Douro Valley. UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and the pool are for communal use.
