Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

20 seconds from Farncombe Train Station (minimum of 2 direct trains to London every hour), this charming Victorian property - including off-road parking - comprises a beautiful open-plan kitchen/living room leading onto an established, well-maintained garden. Downstairs there is also an additional, cosy sitting room with log-burner, and a WC. Upstairs comprises a master bedroom, three additional bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. Ideal location for the Surrey Hills, Loseley Park & Guildford.

Flat 1 is on the ground floor and has a double bed and a sofa bed. The flat is small with just enough room for everything you need . There is fast WIFI, Sky stream with movies , TNTsports and Netflix premium. In the laundry room opposite the main door you have access to the laundry facilities . The parking space is next to the flat off Binscombe Lane , EV charging is available on the Farncombe Hill forecourt . This Flat welcomes up to two dogs and there is a small garden at the back .

Newly refurbished studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is a cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing.
