Beachfront vacation rentals in Farmington

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, quiet, waterfront cottage that had everything we needed (and more!) for our week-long stay. Jacky's place was exactly as described and she was very responsive and helpful throughout. Hope to come again!

micheles place was incredibly well stocked with helpful and cute amenities and convenience items! the view and accessibility to the beach is incredible. Michele was very welcoming and we appreciated all of the recommendations she provided. the guest house is quite small but met my and my husband's needs for a quick getaway. thank you for your hospitality!

We came up to Joan's lovely cottage for a peaceful, hiking Christmas vaca and it was absolutely perfect. Joan was a wonderful host, very friendly and generous. We wish Joan was our granny too! Granny camp was comfy, cozy, on a beautiful lake, with lots to do in surroundings areas. Would love to come back in the summer! Thank you!

This is a delightful little cottage on the Saco river. It is well kept, clean, and fairly secluded. It has has updated appliances, including a wood-fired pizza oven (with wood provided) and a wood-fired sauna, which were both perks. The river is just on the other side of the dirt road with a makeshift set of rocks for climbing down the bank. We stayed in mid June and the kids played in the river. Our seven year old was able to climb all around the rocks, but our four year old was stuck playing on the bank because the water was moving too fast. At night we were able to open the windows with screens and listen to the sound of the rushing water. It was really nice. This place is definitely a five-star, especially if you are traveling with a pet. The only two things that were bummers for us were the prodigious number of mosquitos and gnats (not much that can be done about that) and the lack of window treatments. Several people drove past slowly and looked in, which was annoying.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.

We stayed overnight and liked how close we were to the beach. The cottage was super clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

This lovely home has everything you could need for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. We enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake. Loved hearing the loons calling. The kitchen was the most well-equipped of any airbnb I’ve been to. And it was a plus having a dishwasher and being dog-friendly. The house was super clean and the beds very comfy. Hope to return soon.

Great and relaxing location, close to local amenities. Perfect for small groups, Hillary was awesome to rent from.

We love the location since it affords us quick access to the beach as well as other areas we have stayed over the years. Brianna is a super host and communicates well with us throughout the whole experience. We certainly will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's place. It was clean and nice location to the beach. She was also very accommodating with an early check in time in order for us to get ready for a wedding.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

I recently had a great stay here with family. The view was beautiful, the house was clean and it was everything I hoped it would be. The weather wasn’t so great so we spent more time inside with each other and really enjoyed the comfort of being together with a great view.

This was my second time staying here. Although, it rained the 1st 2 days there, we still very much enjoyed our stay I absolutely love it. The river is right out back, gorgeous view with a deck to sit on. The sound of the river is wonderful! Her place is clean. It's perfect for what I need!! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had the best weekend at this place! It’s a beautiful home (in our opinion the cutest on the entire lake) in an even more beautiful area. It was a bit overcast and rained one day but the lake was surprisingly warm and we still went swimming even on the cooler day. We also used the kayaks and SUP the host provided to spend more time on the water. There were lots of board games provided that we played often. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, pans, and even small appliances, and the toiletries provided were nice. The best part of this place, however, is the French doors that open onto the balcony. We kept them open, with the screen closed to keep bugs out, almost the entire time we were in the house. Despite being a guest house on the same property as Janath and Beth’s home, the carriage house felt very private. This has been one of our most favorite places we’ve stayed. A beautiful home that is quiet and with lake views you can’t beat. I’d recommend to anyone! You’ll love it.

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

Our stay was wonderful! The home was so much more spacious than we had expected. It worked out so well for all of us. Throughout the stay, I had a few questions and Steve was quickly and kindly responsive. We hope to definitely get to come back again. Thank you Steve!!!

Spent a peaceful weekend at the lake. We stayed in the smallest of the three units. It comfortably fit 2 people. I love to cook, and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything I needed was there, including a spray oil container, containers for leftovers, sharp knives, and even a pastry brush. All I needed was the food. I loved the large towels for the bathroom. Like I said, we stayed in the small house, it was perfect for two people. Our favorite part of the property was outside. We sat in the Adirondack chairs on the beach, watching the birds, listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter visited us, and enjoyed the playground. The location is close enough to the main road so you can access restaurants and shops, but far enough away to be peaceful. Brian was extremely responsive to every text sent. We are glad to have found this gem, and look forward to our next visit.

Our stay at bevs, on island path was fabulous. Bev really thought of all the amenities. It was clean, functionally location wise, and a real treat to come back after a Long Beach day and feel very comfortable. I’d say cozy. We’ve stayed in a few air b n bs in Hampton and rated them probably undeservingly well. This one is honestly the best we’ve stayed in. Not to mention Bev is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to local eateries, and activities, and always responds promptly to messaging. Thanks for an amazing stay Bev. This beautiful cottage is such a great getaway! The grounds and lake are really beautiful. The cottage is so well done with the furnishings, quality and great use of space. Bed, linens and towels are wonderful! Also very clean! The outside kitchen within the screened area is very well appointed and furnished. I really enjoyed sitting in there at night. The cabana is such a fun sitting spot. Having all of this space and freedom to walk around the grounds was wonderful! So peaceful and their gardens are beautiful. I hope to return!!!

We had a nice time weekend despite the rainy weather. The house was great, spacious and clean. The deck was great with plenty of seating. Beautiful view of lake. Would definitely recommend!!!
