In the heart of the old district, 5 minutes walk from downtown and 3 minutes from the Canal de Berry. Accommodation adjoining the owners' home, Georges and Pierre welcome you. The living room is on the ground floor with its fully equipped kitchen area and living room, access to a bucolic backyard shared in a spirit of coffee shop. The bathroom with a washing machine and the toilet are separated. The sleeping area is upstairs, the landing serves two attic bedrooms.

The pool, open from mid-April to mid-October, is shared with the owners when they are there (we respect the privacy of our guests)

The studio is located on the floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park your car in the courtyard or parking lot nearby if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 de Bourges motorway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station.
